If I was in a positon of yours, I'd be more worried about someone else driving off into the distance rather than the money tbh. End of the day, what do you want? To expand your skills or keep the Corrado and already look good? (Btw, such an awesome car, read your members gallery loads of times, and I think anyone who wants to buy it should) -
kevHaywire, nah, it's got the same plate, I dunno where me cam is and I can't take any pics :? But it's the only car in the magazine that I actually bothered to fully read up :) I love the engine bay :) (P.S, gwaaaan turbo the vr ;) ;D)

I reckon to just get all the bad bits sorted out on the bodywork, I've seen the damage and I reckon it could be sorted for a few hundred quid personally, when it gets sorted, sell it. Maybe put the damage pics up here so people can analyze on what it'll cost to fix? I'd do it but I won't be cheeky :-P -

Was it a burlbing sound? Mine had that when it wasn't running on 4 cylinders (Yea i know mine is a 16v but maybe the same symptoms?)

Changed all the HT leads and spark plugs etc? How does it die out? Does it go lumpy then die out? Or is it straight away?

They're rather heavy, and FWD :? (Rather corrado like) Not sure on their handling, just don't hope he has the blufin upgrade :) Think they might beat a Vr6, but I don't know, maybe depends on driver..
