it comes to something when you can predict the spanners drving along UK roads who you "know" are about to cut you up, and generally be a pain in the ass. I never trust vans, vectras* and chavs** * no offence to sane vectra drivers ** offence intended you burberry w***ers ;)

i would not complain if someone handed me the keys to that, doors n all. think the doors look better than on the golfs you see with them on, keeps the streamline of the roof rather than flying up like scissors.

ardandy, your throttle cable may need replacing mate. Take the bottom dash bits out and stick your head underneath. You will be able to see if the cable has snapped / come unstuck -

ive been gathering some info on turboing my 9a valver, it seems like there is plenty of options only limited by wallet size (like alot of things!!!). the only thing I am still researching is what parts are critical - which are nice to have and what upgrades the options would give. Once I have sussed this I think a reasonable cost will be understood. Lippy

r1 hehehe, mate has one gsus, never seen anything go like it. Does look funny as he is 6'7! thinking along the lines of a aprilia rs250 or kawazaki zxr400. Only problem is no garage, so what are the options for storing them? a shed????
