  1. they aint neverite for a rado mate! Are they the right offset etc?
  2. G plate G60? Red/black lights, space saver wheel (nice mod!) on off side rear, on dual carridgeway coming into cirencester... Over 80mph with a spacesaver  I drive to my bosses house in Easton, and go on to cirencester from there, pass the MOD at 8 am everyday! Will look out for you!
  3. I like it! The wheels arn't modern, but nors the car?! If they'd brought something out with fresh 20" spinners and a jap style bodykit they'd be closed down!! (or relocated to essex!) OEM+.. they way forward.
  4. 2cc, I see that red one most mornings! (i do bath to corsham every day) have posted about it before.. but no response :(
  5. schmidt if any, but again, none are really my taste.
  6. Check club canadas tech help page too, really clear, with photos! http://www.corrado-club.ca/ Out of interest how much was the kit? nearly phoned premier today as just bought PVW!
  7. I saw a dark blue VR6 this morning, You Jboyslick? 8.40 market place, ciren, dropping of a lady!! Standard, poss K Plate?
  8. maglite def a good investment! The 3 battery version sits perfectly in drivers door pod!!
  9. my local AA man agrees with Henny, I have a Varta battery, he was very impressed! said those or Bosch are the ones to go for! (he wasnt so impressed i left my lights on all day though!)
  10. if you have metallic/pearl paint then you have to go to a petrol station! Petrol station lights at night always make my C look amazing!!
  11. Forget the MFA!! mine never goes as high as 29!! i fill my car with petrol, re set the mile reader, use a full tank, then when i re-fill i divide the amount of petrol by the amount of miles i've done.. Works okay for me!
  12. i get 29 in my 1.8 16v. tested on a road drives, motorway journeys and around town. Same every time! I don't think it's that bad..
  13. looks like i'm going for the simplist route, same as i did in my polo. I have a space saver wheel, so it sits out just under 1" from the boot floor level. I have bought some 1" thick dense foam, cut it to fit at the sides and a big hole for the wheel and will lay a fitted piece of covered MDF to go over the top. By the time the foams added, the whole thing will be raised to the same level as the two floor side bits - so nice and flush! Wiring etc lays flat into the foam as well, and its easy to remove if i ever need to get to the wheel! Fitting in the next couple of weeks so will post photos..
  14. K plate white, couldnt see what, today at about 6.15 on A4 in chippenham..
  15. Some companies just have these policies 'because they can' But if there are others employed by the company that use a company car or machinery etc, then they cannot descriminate and just check these people they have to adopt a company policy and check everyone! Also, it's possible they may be looking to sack someone who they suspect of drug use, this is very difficult to do unless you have a policy in place that includes testing or the person openly admits it. A muppet at the company I just left was sacked for offering coke to collegues at our christmas do!
  16. am i missing something? no offence to those that have done it, but not my taste at all!
  17. The film that made the car.. Or the car that made the film? I vote the latter.
  18. 200K Woah! My 16v hit 140K today and i thought that was high! Still, as prev said, it's a strong engine, just be prepared for the worst just in case. A mate of mine is driving a Mk2 8v on 275K! Had full rebuild and drives fine. Wouldn't pay much more than a grand though.
  19. Hey! this is confusing!? these are all from last year! whys this been re opened?!?
  20. 2 more in cirencester! :shocked!: G*** VYF tornado red 16v in market place, driving past JJL **9 blackberry VR6, parked up! left forum details on VR.
