    there's two different splines and they're interchangeable with a sleeve from vw.

    coat hook cover needs lifting and sliding upwards, theres a screw behind the cover to get the pillar trim off. it will be fiddly if its not been off before, but will go eventually!

    im pretty sure the lupo wheel sits closer, ive seen it on mk2s etc and not noticed a gap - dont quote me on that though!

    I thought i was going to shock the market with the asking price for my R32 once finished and it's not going to be 5 figures! Good luck though, it's very strong money for a LHD anything over here, but who knows..

    Is it possible to record a live flash video stream? My wife has found a program - debut professional that will do it, but it records microphone sounds on her laptop too, not the video input sound. I guess there's another way of doing it so it just records the flash video exactly as it comes through, but I don't know what. Any help appreciated! Baz

    I've just spoken to TPS, to get a trade price on these and they came up at the same, £153.07! I can't justify that for a splitter, which at my height is going to crack within days anyway.. To put into perspective about whether we're being raped compared to other cars an Ibiza Cupra splitter is about £25. grrrr.

    keep your pants on!! Do you mean this style? [ATTACH=CONFIG]60849[/ATTACH] i've seen them in mk1 & 2 golfs so spline size should be the same or you may need an adaptor bought from vw for a few quid. personally, i think it would look terrible in a rado as they're massive. in a retro styled mk1 they look ok as its period to have a big wheel. give it a go, they're available cheap and sell it on E38 if you cant get it to work.

    apparently i've never commented on this thread! beautiful car, and i hate blackberry!! glad to see it still getting the same love bill gave it. defo one of the best in the country.

    Interesting, thanks for confiriming. Press cars were F238BVV to F245BVV so wasn't one of them! I might go and check whether they're still oon the road, but can't really be bothered :lol:

    Good that it has FSH, leather and decent mileage. Would check for supercharger service history. I hate everything modified about it though, wing vent, alloys, steering wheel & gauge pods are terrible! If you think the price they're offering on yours is good then it's defo worth a look. Pay very close attention to the respray though, overspray, door shuts etc. I like the look of the one tutgareth has posted..

    you're not alone jude.. this morning i opened the fridge to a horrid smell of onion. I checked around for any potential offenders and found a possible culprit - half an onion. instead of using logic to confirm that would be where the onion smell came from, i sniffed it. bizarrely it smelt of onion. :shrug:

    im not a big fan of slating other peoples choice in modifications and im fully aware than some people wouldnt like mine. i actually have a lot of respect for the civic bugatti, that a9 on the second page is special though..
