Exactly what car modding is about really, buying a car and changing it to meet your requirements and make it the car that you want it to be, it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks. If it happens to float other people's boat then so be it. Well done CorraDon, like others have said , it's no tto my taste but it certainly looks like you've spent alot of time and cash on it mate. :D

Exactly, like i've said before, this is one one my favourite raddo's to look at on here, so it would be schitt to see it be killed, but I know the situation that Chris is in. What are your thoughts about it Chris? EDIT--oh, see above. :lol: -
TBH i've not heard of it being done, my mate had to fit late door cards into his early raddo and it wasn't plug and play, whether you can do it this way around i dunno, surly you'd have holes where the switches go for a start?

It's a bit of a ballache to do mate, most people are doing the convertion the other way around. :D

Surly that's some sort of limiter that could be removed.

LOL..yeah, but I never have any, but I do constantly have bottled water (( wifey's a health freak )) so instead of using tap water i'll use mineral. :D

I think the " you are what you eat " comment is a good one, that's the way I look at it. I get laughed at for putting Evian instead of tap water in my car but I do that using the same theory.

Never did me any harm... New motors are about £60 from GPC i think. They're the same part as a mk2 goof if I remember correctly.

One of the mods (( supercharged )) has a TDI raddo, though he didn't do the conversion (( he bought it for next to nothing :mad: )) he would probebly be able to help. It's something i'd love to do , I reckon it's a good idea mate.

Do a search on " Eaton AND charger " ..I think there's a couple of threads on here about it. I don't think they're quite powerfull to run a g60?...although alot of g40 owners seem to be doing it, not so many g60's have gone for it.

VR6 is indeed a git, stunning colour, stunning seats, stunning wheels, and a big charger bolted on.....GIT Im not a fan of your plates, but if I come over to steal it (( I hear none of you lock your cars out there )) they'll be going anyway :wink:

Aye, one man's J-Lo is another man's Kelly Ozborne. :? The car was standard apart from a 40mm drop for years, he's had it ages (( top bloke aswell ! )). It's actually seeing that car every day that made me buy my first raddo (( black m reg aswell )) ...obviously that was before he made the grill, and changed the wheels etc... :(

I thought it was his 3rd? :wink: That system is used alot in colder climates, some countries have power points outside the houses to plug the car into.

It is, or at least was about 10 years ago because I got a telling off for it!. My mate had this system on his Pug TDI years ago, I have to admit it was funny when he would start it up while people were around it, it makes the car look like " Kit " from knightrider!..... gimmick though.... :wink:

I have to drive past this car every day (( the guy lives on the same road as me )) Its a mint vr6 with 72k miles on it. :cry:
