Check rear wishbone bushes on front-I noticed my drivers side wishbone was sitting much closer to the under side of the car than the passengers side-so i replaced it and heypresto no more knocking. Cheers Fraser

I done mine a few months ago-was dreading doing it-but if you follow the how to (think it was on the canadian website) its an easy enough job.Beacuse of the amount od screws etc your removing its easy enough to forget what ones are used where.So for each section of dash i put screws etc in little bags with the parts they hold on. Was replacing a cracked pipe from the breather section of the engine and noticed a piece of metal gauze just bout to come out so i pulled it out-does the car need this-seems to run fine without. Cheers Fraser

Woops forgot to say-its in the VR6. Everything works fine hot and cold air all perfect. Just wondering bout the presure in the hoses as iv never really checked it before so not sure if its normal. Cheers Fraser

Last week i replaced my heater matrix (for those who havnt done it who need to do it-do it cos its a sinch) so iv been keeping an eye on that side of things to make sure its ok.But what i have noticed is after the cars been out a for a fairly sufficient drive and has then been left to sit for few hours the pressure in the hoses is still very high-is this normal? or am i just trying to look for problems that arnt there-that cars no overheating or anything. Just got to thinking that the matrix is the weakest part of this system and might have blown because of the pressure. Cheers Fraser

Hey Guys, Ok iv got an Amp running my front speakers and tweeters but they cut off quite alot-the only way of getting them back on is to pop the bonnet and touch the fuse that runs the power to the Amp-iv checked the fuse and its not blown. Any ideas? Cheers Fraser

Hi guys- was out in the car today when smoke started pouring out from behind the dask-i sh*t myself and pulling over straight away switched everything off,disconnected the battery etc.Nearly phoned the fire brigade! the smoke soon dispersed and once i removed lower passenger side dash trays i notices everything was soaking with coolant-was kindof glad that it wasnt a proper fire.Im thinking that since the matrix has emptied itself the water has cause some smoke from wires or somit. Right heres where te advice is needed-Iv heard that people have managed to replace the Matrix without removing the dash-could you please explain how? And for everyone else could you give me tips on how to do it by removing the dash? Oh-i dont have a clue what it looks like either so pictures would help. Iv done a search-but there doesnt seem to be a difinative guide yet. Cheers Fraser

I much prefered the silver surrounds aswell-totally agree on only doing it on a light coloured car.But if you fancied doing it on my Aqua Blue id be happy to give you a straight swap. I think the RS301 is the best OE+ look wheel you could possibly put on a VR6----Im in the market for some,well when i say in the market i need to find the cash and some that are for sale. I think because your car is so very clean the Gold centres will look great on it. Cheers Fraser
