Porsche brembo calipers and eurospec rear 280 brakes

Did you have a price in mind for the tt312s calipers, carriers and pads and do you know what are the pads are? Thanks -
Free bump, can vouch bmc's are worth the price, noise on a vr6 is fabulous. Great sturdy units and the best filter for a Vr :)

I'm using mine right now and I don't like apple and their obstinate ways but I absolutely love my iPad. Ok I cant do long essays or presentations etc but if i need to do that i have work or my ancient desktop pc, it's great for just being there when you need it anytime, anywhere. A laptop has to be positioned, can be cumbersome on your lap etc and the battery life isn't great. The iPad is so portable, it redefines ease of use and makes the slimmest laptop awkward to hold, such as while on the sofa watching tv and to want to browse something or just sat there in bed etc. The main attraction is having the web at your fingertips, one click and in 2 seconds your away. Then you've got the app store and games if you want it for that too. I use my iPad1 for all net browsing and that's the reason I haven't upgraded my iPhone 3GS and I literally never really use it for the web, only when I'm out in town etc. Hope that helps :)

Warrior 8/10 very good and not just a mindless fight flm, I would have changed the ending slightly if it was me but I wont say anymore as to not spoil it. Rum diary 6.5/10. Good film, easy to watch and nice scenery, one or two funny moments just felt it never really had a true point to it? Cowboys and aliens. 6.5/10. Some good action and in blueray visuals are great but it just didn't ever wow me with the plot or storyline.

Try C&R enterprises, they have full kits. I bought one last month but have yet to get any 312s http://www.candrenterprises.co.uk/shop/goodridge-brake-hose-kit-vw-1989-1995-3.html

I would vouch for anything rams sells being that he has a very high attention to detail and is as honest as they come :)

Hello, Changed my steering wheel over on my Vr6 so my Raid Dino is up for sale. It's a nice solid wheel and a good comfortable size, no marks on the wheel or scratches/scuffs etc. Tried to show the wheel as best as possible, to make it perfect I'd touch up the heads on the screws and the horn push has a tiny chip out of the top but I'm just being honest and neither bothered me. Included is everything you need to fit the wheel. Boss, screws and all connecting wiring etc. I would prefer collection from around the Bournemouth area, postage would be extra as I dont have any boxes or wrap and would need to source some and find out postage costs £70 collected. Thanks

It was more than likely just the lass on the phone making it all up, she probably said let me see what I can do while i speak to my manger, puts you on hold. She never leaves her desk, files her nails for 2 minutes, has a srink of t then applies your discount, takes you off hold and makes it look like she's done you a favour begging for a cheaper quote on your behalf. They never approach managers for discount, if they did the manager would never get any work done, the people on the phone have all the power to offer discount from the start, the only reason they don't is it probably effects their bonus or they can only use it on a ceritain % of calls a day, say 30%. You should have asked for it in writing which they can't refuse and as you say all quotes are usually guaranteed for a period of 30 or 60 days. It's against the fsa to tell you you have to buy it now. Our should have asked for her name and said let me talk to this manager ;)

Sorry to hijack but if you've got several pairs would be interested in some. Looking at fitting 312s and fitting mk4 rears at the same time would make sense :)

Honestly mate, your getting the whole car completely resprayed! Feel for you, but if its not perfect then you want to make sure your getting your money's worth, it will be worth it in the long run. Hoping to pick my charger up around April, will prob get involved and help csaba fit it and see how it runs on my current engine. I'm game for a curry any time after the 20th as its pay day then and I've spent enough as it is this month ;)

Thanks, yeah I've been busy lately spending money. Bought some hoses and bolts etc for 312 conversion, just need calipers. Thinking ahead i also bought a 2.8 obd1 80k lump from an auto mk3. Currently its with my dad who is going to rebuild it with a view to fitting a big valve head and sp263 cams. But that will be a project over months, not weeks. In the meantime I may have just put down a deposit on a certain rotrex c30-94 charger set up :) thinking what I might do is fit it to my current engine with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator and I'm led to believe it will all bolt on and not need mapping. run that for a while then when this other engine is built I can swap it all over and go for some more power :) All plans in the pipeline :)

Very nice mate, looking forward to seeing how this evolves. Lovely oem install, You'll need to move that water bottle though if your ever going to supercharge it ;)

check out my thread: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?49971-Craigs-95-Twilight-Violet-VR6-matt-black-ultraleggeras-fitted i wrapped mine and will never do one again, wasnt fun :) make sure its soaking wet so its loose and then when it dries it will tighten onto the manifold.

There was a thread started on PH about people and their garages a while back, here is the link for the top 3 but forget the link for the actual original thread. There was a lot of examples and original ideas in it. http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/doc.asp?c=52&i=22743

im in the same predicament and im looking into a 2.8 bottom end on a ported head and just dropping that in. I Cant afford a full rebuild cost, and i was looking at 24v, for the money your going to spend and effort fabricating it to fit it would be silly not to go for the r32 conversion instead imo?

Current engine is on 150k, it pulls well, sounds lovely and isnt using any oil as far as i can tell as i havent had to top it up since i changed the lower crank seal last year and had the routine service etc. I think there may be a slight rattle, either chains or shells and its a bit of a dog to start sometimes after its been stood a week or so. if i can pick up a cheap bottom end, circa £100, i then have the option of buying a cheap ported vr6 head with sp263 cams in and thought it would make sense rather than investing in a charger then having the engine let go a few miles later :(
