  1. You need as follows 10mm spanner 13mm spanner Phillips and flat screwdriver Hammer
  2. And always been good for been very poor for grip. I think the Marangonis are been used by a few now.
  3. On my old no name 17" 5 spokes i needed an 8mm spacer on the front which gave approx 2mm clearance which is fine, if it clears and spins its clear and spins so all good there. If your wanting to change wheel then look at Motorsport wheels, BBS, Compomotive etc as they are designed for bigger brakes. I still have 17" wheels with standard 35mm offset (early cars) and i have Compomotive wheels and there is ample room there now which looks poop, it looked cool before. Otherwise as said just use some spacers.
  4. Yea until you see thats not what you actually get, stop fanticising over a girls car......
  5. The scope is there for both R32 and 20VT bases just money been the limiting factor and i agree depending on what your base car is will determine the engine upgrade choice.
  6. As a daily car i would prefer that but mines not so its outright performance for me
  7. Boooooooooo looks like im going to be the only one supporting the highly strung brigade
  8. It was well funny    at least it was been driven how they were meant to be. Purply colour
  9. Can somebody post a pic up of it as i dont recall the name?
  10. I have it all and the never opened 1st aid kit
  11. At last and finally, keep the updates coming.
  12. I have drove around for 4 years not displaying it :cuckoo: never been done either even when pulled, they asked me where it was i said i need a new tax disc holder as it fell off earlier in the night and i just put it safely in the glove box, here it is officer.....
  13. Well im thinking somebody will now be wanting to re enter the strange ownership world thats known by those in the know as "owning a car that always breaks and bites you in the ass when you least expect it" Im not sure how many now, did you sell it to a guy in Nottingham then he sold it to Marc?
  14. Nar cant make the show as its abandoned in bits in the garage now im afraid.
  15. Wow good list there and its strange how it looks the same yet so different at the same time. I think Dave put in a low ratio box too if you dont know, its not the standard G60 box. What bits would you be wanting if i break it, i have a buyer/buyers for some stuff already but im not willing to break it without having pretty much all the stuff pre sold???

    JMC's G60

I think it would suit the early bonnet been dipped in the middle, possibly....
  17. Its all down to the road conditions, in the dry there was not enough power for me, so long as there was a slight throttle restraint in 1st and 2nd it just griped and gripped.
  18. Yea he had a few issues with it, think he just got fed up like i have to be honest, its the 2nd time i have had it go on me, i can get a new replacement of Jabba for gratis, im thinking i may get 1 and build the head back on to it and sell it as a 300bhp engine not sure still yet. Did Dave give you a spare ECU with the car or whoever you bought it off lol, i cant keep up with it. Oh and congratulations on having the crown for most powerful 8v now i have stood down    What you been sorting out then, fill me in.
  19. Man i was trying to inspire him with confidence but you just shot that out of the window...... Is that the list to just make it 5 x 100 or to make it widetrack too, dumb q i know
  20. Pretty much just the hubs on the front, and discs on he rear i think.
  21. That is my ideal number plate lol, good to finally see the beast.
  22. Dont worry it will be for sale again sometime, its like the "Renshaw" car So its ok to spend on a new show car but not a incomparison cheap interior
  23. Ok so im kind of getting the grip of this, so they can work but in extreme circumstances they dont/wont. I still dont think i have an issue with them tbh, i dont get any squeaking that i know of, yes they are noisier/transmit more vibration etc but they handle spot on to me, very predictable. It seems if i have this right then that we all need spherical bearings, add that to the list then.
  24. Well i must be a funny bugger then cos on high cornering loads its steers unpredictable to me but again that must be due to the worn bushes......? So im really still not following it, what does the binding do, i just read it as it wears quicker due to binding, is there a laymans term available.
  25. So what are we saying exactly as im missing the point tbh, Poly are no good cos they wear quicker? I hate the rear passive steer as it feels too loose on the back end, yes the OE bushes were worn and new would have sorted it but i still like Poly.
