Ah i see, just reading it and she is the lady on here who has a very novel and bloody ingenious way of fitting an engine all by herself in 10 seconds, she did the Tdi
-
And dont let Cheesewire see this thread as he wants a V8
-
Pure mental but have you read her sig

I do prefer poly bushes and yes i have had to replace the wishbone bushes too as they wore out, but at the end of the day if its performance you want then you have to expect things to wear out quicker too.
-
I really like it too much better than before, although he is just a wheel whore with lots of sets knocking about.
-
He said to me the interior cost 3.5k and you prefer cheap plastic look to leather, nooooo way.
-
Yea you just lost a good 100bhp with that mod....
-
Now i look at that list and think you can add some of the G60 parts required to the 16v parts required. Either way both are hard.
-
I have always understood its easier to convert a 16v to 16vG60 as opposed to the other way round, but thats purely just the engine not the whole car

I know of a fast as feck Nova with pretty much that number plate on it J80OST
-
Mine is an early and was behind the grill but now under the N/S wing area

Cheers for the info then guys. I'm fed up of killing it so it's time to kill something else..... but really its just the manifold thats cracked 1 of the bolt lugs off, Jabbasport have hopefully resolved the issue now, the wastegate hole is cracked but i dont know if its a another rebuild of it with a new exhaust housing or not yet, i just need more power but still want a 4 cylinder beasty.
-
Nothing is wrong with it at all from the pics, it looks a well tidy clean standard Loopy, but thats the point right there LOOPY :cuckoo: Just for you as it looks like you need this :help: For me its Corrado + Loopy or TT only, me and the Mrs are looking at TT's now, to swap out the Polo for it as mine will be off the road for a good 5 years most likely now, so were going to get a nice TT in the next 6 months hopefully for us both, Coupe's FTW
-
You have been looking at last months mag to much with the Lupo feature, look at this months instead on the cover...
-
Also seen the Lupo you want and your a fool to even think about it. Why oh why you wanna swap i dont know, like i said i want 1 and they are cool but i would still keep mine, i think if your changing completely you should stick to the other German coupe
-
Thats the thinking behind it all as the AEB and the Sharan run the big port heads, so im thinking it might be easier to find an decent cheaper alternative to the AGU, and as im going for big power i would be changing both manifolds anyhow, just need to find out on the wrist pin size in those then.
-
End of the day you know yourself what you want for the interior so put up a for sale and see if they shift.....
-
Probably what you paid for it, and nice choice :camp: in car, although i do want 1 to drop in a 20vt...
-
