when i did mine, all i removed was the charger outlet pipe, took the screw out of the other intercooler pipe and ofcourse the top hose. a bit of chiggary pokery and it was out, simple really.

the two black brackets pull out of the top of the radiator, which i found out after about half an hour of trying to get the radiator out. :oops:

what times did the fantastic looking mk3 astra in the first picture get. :lol:

changed the chip back to the jabba one and its still the same. it sounds alot like yours does now on tick over. dont know what to do now. any ideas anyone?

right not sure where to put this, but i just had to put a good right up about a company called LEEBUS. he is based in the rotherham area and has just been out to me for the best part of five hours to try and sort my car out, because it hasnt been running. he tracked down the fault with the ecu and fixed it, he was great and talked me through everything he was doing and why. i would highly recommend him if you live in the south yorkshire area and you have got a problem with your electrics, on any car. his phone number is 07901808871. i also thought the price was very reasonable, top bloke. :D :D :D :D

got mine running in a fashion today. its got a sns chip what i bought to try in it, started it up run fine straight away when cold, but as i left it to get warm it developed a misfire and sounded alot like yours is. so im gonna try the jabba chip back in it. see what happens.

so its pointing towards the loom, i think i need to check the ecu's on my friends g60, because am i right in saying if something has gone wrong with the loom and f**ked the ecu, when i plugged the replacement ecu in it did the same to that and thats why it still wont start with that ecu in. how do i go about checkin the loom?

my g60 is broke, dont know whats wrong with it. so i decided to get it nice and clean. i have just purchased some meguiars quick clay and some carnuba wax of the net, i was just wondering if the carnuba is one of the best ones. oh yeah i also purchased some zymol shampoo from halfords the other day and that smells really nice. if i cant fix the car i think i might just down the zymol. :lol:

right then ive sourced another ecu, plugged it in and its exactly the same. havent got a clue now. its doing my head in the car has been off the road for over a month now can anyone help. please

me too i think they look good and also functional, each to their own and all that. i would deffinately be up for a group buy

mine started like this, then all of a sudden it wouldnt run at all, really overfueling when trying to start. i thought it was a fault with the ecu. but it turns out it isnt. anyone got any ideas.

if i had the cash i would have it, but that would be totally mad, two g60's that dont work right

think a g60 one is in order, im gonna price up a chargecooler aswell tho.

its not your week, my g60 has been off the road for about 4 weeks, just waiting for a ecu and hoping that, that is the problem

think yourself lucky mate im paying £1700 fully comp. and that was the cheapest i could find, i suppose the eight points dont help but ive got four years no claims. ps im with adrian flux.
