  1. Might give you a chance to get some porting/polishing work done on the head and manifold now looking on the bright side.
  2. Number doesn't appear on the latest copy of ETKA either. 536 indicates RHD corrado specific if that helps....
  3. :) Sounds good. There are supposed to be some issues with fitting an ABF to a corrado due to bonnet clearance issues, so it'l be interesting to see how you get on. Might need to fit a 42mm inlet to get a bit more space? Will make good power and rev well once in though :)
  4. How about the piping to the ISV? or the ISV itself?

:) Didn't realise you had a thread tucked away... Love the look of this car, and was massively impressed by the performance. :) New software still good?
  6. Or leave it out in the sun to dry out, before spraying WD40 onto the ignition system. I'd try to keep the alternator, starter motor, dizzy and any sensors dry though.
  7. Looked and sounded good tonight mate. Really helped make my mind up on the 6 branch. Cheers!
  8. Mother, if you want this threeway to happen, you'd better change your attitude.... http://pistonheads.com/sales/725339.htm I kinda like Fords.
  9. Giggety Giggety :) HUH HUH .... alright![/quote:100n2ykx] She soiled herself during arrest? $60.
  10. correct and theres one on the drivers side too, i know this coz i have just got the said items from my vw stealer and they aint cheap £56 each ouch !! :pale:[/quote:2swv0x8g] I don't bother refitting them as the screws are usually a complete pain in the arse.
  11. That is a mahoooosive difference! How's the car going then dude? Everything good?
  12. I don't think a synchro would make that good a track car would it? Isn't the drivetrain significantly weaker than a rallye? and it's a lot more weight to drag round. If you want to go extra cheap, Buy a Golf CL, I'll sell you a rado rear beam, subframe etc, and you find an ABF to stick in the front...

    Spoiler

I thought it was the pump that was £1100? I might DeABS my car and sell the bits at this rate!
  14. I'm sure one of the more experienced sunroof repairers will confirm but I think that the rockery clip isn't engaging properly, and there is too much resistance to the sliding motion.
  15. Don't think the oil will make much difference. Get a Pro to look at it before you do any damage.
  16. Top tip  Took me all day to think it up too! :)
  17. Was the engine running when the corrado was upside down at all? I'd recheck the level and get someone with a guage to check the oil pressure.
  18. You can just see what size the new switch is before you go to the car :)
  19. That's what my valver lives on now, prior to that it had Mobil 1.
  20. Both seem to be the same size on my car... You might well need to remove the white sender to get at the black one as there's no space in there.
  21. The hydraulic one doesn't leak for ten years, and makes the car quieter than the solid ones. Choice is yours. That's a very good point on the leaking, to be honest I never noticed any more noise when I changed mine. And there is a price difference to consider too.
  22. I'll check later so we're all happy... :?
  23. I thought they were both 24 from the last time i removed them...
  24. I should have a full set of sandard bolts knocking around if you're interested?
