no the bumpstop must of started to melt and it got stuck to blade and sucked up into saw, and got stuck between the blade and guard the weird thing is the gap was about 1cm wide and the whole bumpstop managed to fit up there somehow :? had to get another bumpstop and spent ages trying to fix a mates saw :lol:

At £248+ finishing, I'll bet the plonker remembers what a Corrado looks like in their rear view mirror for a long time :lol: on a vectra that would buy you most of the engine

when i did mine, lowering 40mm i probably took about 20mm off the bump stop. don't try doing with a chop saw tho :lol: i resorted to a stanley knife after a little "incident" :lol:

the green ones front end is a bit nasty, like a dying fish imo

i'll get mains then, got plently of extension leads, will save some money too nice one

this is a new one apparantely, with new type of battery? not sure now, should i get get a corded one

the cordless one i seen comes with two batteries, is that why you changed? because you run out of power, or are the corded ones more powerful to begin with?

thinking of getting one of these, will help clean up my brake calipers, plus am sure i can use it on other things like the land rover anyone got one? are they any good? thinking of getting Dremel 8000-01 Lithium-Ion Cordless seen it in a deal with spare batt, lots of attachments, and some other stuff for about £140

i can only do one window at a time too. the horn issue could be dodgy contacts behind the wheel, see if you can take it off and clean the brass type ring up

i noticed my original lining has started to come off, kinda sags in the middle now, i'm sure it was all like new a few months ago :(

the original alarm i have does total closure, a vag5000 or something do you know what the fob looked like?

i might grab a few gromits and get them all properly sprayed when chappy does my arches.....will have spares then, looks loads better 8)

where did you get the paint for it? can you get a spray of classic green?

have seen people take the rear wiper off and put a gromit in the hole. anyone got pics of this done? Bloody rear wiper packed up this morning, ffs, seems to be losing something each week :lol: might just get rid of it instead of fixing it, i think its the motor, could just be something loose, i did have a developing rattle from the rear recently

i found 2 sets of audi rims at the weekend, i think they are 6spokes, 16" diameter and a nice lip/dish effect on them does anyone know if they will fit a rado, i couldn't even see if they were 5stud or not, was a nice audi, 2.6 v6 i think? going to try and find a pic of some as this is all a bit vague at the moment also some borbet alloys there which looked lovely 8) but don't think i can get my hands on those

wooohooo at last, got the 101 to its new home last week. my god its a funny devil to drive, but fecking awesome, i drove up a big pile of dirt/rubble like it wasn't there :lol: its the total opposite of my corrado, so high up to get into :lol: where it'll be living for a while dash board there is loads of knobs and levels/dials etc that we don't know what they do :lol: got controls everything, like all round the handbrake etc?????? baffled, just pulled, pushed and switched them all, didn't know what its done, nothing by the looks of it :lol: is loads of army stuff in it too. our box of denators :lol: will get more pics as i explore it, need to get a manual. then gotta find new wheels & tyres and redo all the brakes, they shite, its like it hasn't got brakes, but i suspect something is leaking
