  7. i looked at getting a golf 1.8t or A3 1.8t etc before i got corrado, but for £4k they weren't the best examples and deffo not as good as a £4k corrado depends how much you invested in corrado,

yeah i use rainx, in a small yellow bottle, you buff it on, let it dry add some more, let it dry, then sprinkle with water and buff again, then you get the pink stuff that you squirt into washer bottle. great stuff
  17. i paid over £50 for a gearknob to put in my first car, a crappy old C-reg nova  so £27 seems a bargin to me

  19. whats the crack with GPC, their website seems out of date to me???
  20. i just ordered one of the ones from ebay, the standard leather one that came in the VR. it only just occured to me that i might of been able to get one from the main dealers? it was £27 inc delivery from Germany are they cheaper or more expensive to get from VW?

  22. cheers guys for tips and part numbers i may just paint them red if chrome looks crap
  23. rear wheel bearing usually makes a groaning sound that gets noisier/quieter when changing direction as there are two bearing races, inner and outer, and it depends which one has the pitted surface. thats the other odd thing, this appears to be coming from the front, but i could be wrong
