No just extend screw hole in bottle with a drill. Very easy and worthwhile modification. You need to extend top hose too :D

Fixed it!!!! Mine was the bottom of the rail on the handle side. Tapping against inner skin of door. Bit of felt and we are rattle free :) Boom!!

Arise old thread!! Guys please help, what causes window to rattle when the window is down a bit? It's bugged me for years, I just took the card off but can't find the source of the rattle. It's drivers side door and the rattle sounds like it's near the handle/ catch/ mech area

Crikey mate, this shocked me a bit! But good stuff, onwards/ upwards etc :) Shame the Daimler is gone too, lovely thing that. I'll never forget the jag only parking at goodwood :lol:
