You need :- The old bumper The new bumper Stickerflex (tube) (intercooler fitment) The Reiger bumpers come with a mounting kit which i beleive has broken on a few cars, so i decided to go the ironwork way You need to break apart the old bumper to get the ironwork apart. This can be used to be bonded to the new bumper to allow mounting with the car. . When JMRdid mine john used the light mounting bracketes from the original bumper and grafted them into the RS4 bumper as the riger ones looked a bit naff. Also you need to work out some way of supporting the reiger bumper at the side by the wings as my RS4 bumper had mounts but they once again looked rubbish. Get it painted and fit the grills make sure that the bodyshop take into account that one of the grills need to be removable to allow for towing (god forbid) At this point get a front mounted intercooler (center grill) to stick in the front grill and move your aftermarket oil cooler so that it gets air flow from either the left or the right grill( keep that oil tempo down in the summer) Mount it and watch out for the speed humps!!!!!! I will put some pics up tonight when i get home

Whats broken, I had knackered door locks ( different keys ) when a got my g60 2 years ago. The boot and the inigition were fine. You can buy new barrells from vw for about a £10 each and they can make them up to any key for about another £10, i think that is what i was charged. i.e all locks now use the same key CHeers Woody

Have either of you fitted the DDI dials. mytemp guage caught in the center after i installed them and would suddenly just up to the proper temp. All i did was make the hole in the middle slightly larger. Have either of you changed anything within the POD cluster as you may have moved the dial slightly. Cheers Woody

That it correct Yanyards. Air just like water will, if it is forced to round a ninty degree bend but will create turbulence and eddies which hinder the flow. By porting and flowing by taking off all the angles and making them smooth curves and then polishing them reduces the pressure required to make the air / fluid flow arround more efficiently. By all means get some pics up m8. I am sure that people will admire the work and ask for a phone number to get theres done.

people do rave about the TSR manifold on corrado's

could you not have a sport cat fitted. I know JMR (16vg60 on this forum) does them for the Miltek systems. You could have a Miltek VR6 exhaust for £280 and a Sport Cat for £280 + a couple of hours fitting and hey presto no more CAt problems. Give john a PM you could ask whether just spending money on a sport cat whether it will allow you to attach it to your existing exhaust setup. PM john as i know his computer is down at the mo but he receives PM's using his clever phone Gizmo. Cheers Woody

I have just ordered a ne wfront bumper from RA. Took them five weeks to get it from germany, even though a got a girl at work who speaks german to phone up the Reiger and ask whether they had any in stock. Most of the UK companies can get them but be prepared for a wait for it to turn up.

it was fun, now having it rebuilt with an RS2 bumper which seems to have a little more clearance for the ants to get under.

Photos before my near miss on the Upton Bypass with a renualt Kangooooooo wh9ich wreaked one of my alloys and the bumper.

I beleive it is an Audi RS2 Intercooler which is grafted and sits in the front bumper. It was not cheap £525 from vag. There was someone on here who was selling one for £300 the other week
