  1. By Royal Mail? Weigh them then check their website for a pricing guide. HTH
  2. wcrado, I reckon you'll get away with the 90mm at that height. Mine has a 90mm and i'm lowered 35mm and I never have trouble with it & I go over speed bumps regularly. Another 25mm lower wont make too much difference I don't think.
  3. Mirrors would need to be black IMO. :)
  4. You could push/pull it in and out, i.e. leave the handbrake off. I often push mine out of my garage if I need to work on it outside but I don't want to start the engine for 10 seconds. Might get some funny looks though!
  5. I'm not clean on the black lights either, they do look too 'aftermarket'. :)
  6. Looking nice mate. Could do with a colour coded no. plate surround IMO. I also agree with greeny, would look better with a single tailpipe dude. :)
  7. I don't like that atwork though. A mug with just Corrado written on it and maybe an outline like the CF.net upload image would be good.
  8. LOL Good idea for a thread. Can't say there are any mod's i've made so far that i've regretted but I aven't done many. I always put a lot of thought into doing something before I do it. For me the best thing about the forum is that you can research ideas and see what others have done before you do it and make a mistake or something...
  9. I would honestly get out of the boot I think! Take the parcel shelf out. You can't beat a garage mate!
  10. Changed my fuel filter today, don't expect it's ever been done. No pictures of what the old one looks like as I don't have a hacksaw to open it up but here it was before I took it out... That's WD40 on there not fuel that's sprayed everywhere! (Wiki Article Here)
  11. Changed fuel filter... Wiki article coming soon... Pretty easy. :)
  12. OMG - Air filter and plugs cost £130 !! Could to that yourself for £30 in 20 minutes! I'd never take my car to the dealer, Stealth charge half that in labour and would do a considerably better job! Take it there!
  13. Sounds like a better deal han Delia Smith being dealt a great deal by a dealer, It would be an honour :)
  14. Thanks for taking it upon yourself to provide us with all these videos, let me return the favour... ;)
  15. Been posted before as well...

    Exhaust Popping

I think that noise is unburnt fuel igniting from the heat of the exhaust. Mine does it sometimes but that's because my ECU is broke and my car's overfueling. :)

    Torque

Have a look at this article: Horsepower vs Torque
  18. I'm not going to bother doing my chains. If they go, which I think is unlikely, then i've got an excuse (for the girlfriend) to put a 24v or R32 lump in there. :) If it happens I don't expect it to be in the next year or two.
  19. Plus Radostormvr6 has done an excellent set of mods to his car, it must be worth a lot. Over 12k I reckon...without seeing it. ;)
  20. Seat Leon - not sure if they're only on specific models though.
  21. Yep i'm looking forward to seeing this beast as well. :)

    Koni/H&R's

MikeyP, give it time. I had mine done in Novemeber and didn't notice much difference but it's definately looking better now.
  23. Call Girl perhaps? My Mrs spotted a white 'valve thing' (she thinks) heading towards Truro today on the A39.
  24. I'm sure i'll be pleased with it. My car is still a little down on power & overfuleing at the moment due to my boogered ECU, the switch to OBD2 will sort that out and hopefully more. Better efficiency is great as well as the VAG-COM benefits. kev, I saw the differences that OBD2 made to your RR figures, I gather OBD1 wasn't taking full advantage of the supercharger? Do you think i'll get power & torque increases on my standard VR?
  25. Radostormvr6.... please confirm, your car has done less than 15k miles?!?!
