I did have it all off yesterday and I didn't notice any loose weld, I didn't notice the problem before as my trim was sitting at an angle.

Could have done with one of these earlier on! Just the time of year when the sun is lower longer.

My handbrake is bent and leans to the drivers side, catches on the side of the centre console as well. I had to take off the handbrake lever trim as it caught and snapped on the side bit. Am I ok just to bend the handbrake back? What's the best way to do this?

At a guess, they have a rubber overhang to protect your rims.

After which I think I used a 16mm spark plug socket to undo the proper bolt.

Are your ABS and coolant resevoir in the same place as mine?

the rear mount looks kinda like this right?

The rear mount I undid with about 4 extensions on my socket, front I just got my arm stuck in and eventually got it undone. Get some plusgas/wd40 on it. The rear mount has a nut on top, then you get to the real bit you have to undo.

Front mount? Think you need to undo both top and bottom. Why can't you undo it?

Gotta agree with Kev here, I have noticed my Focals sound a touch sharp, need to have a fiddle with the settings to see if I can reduce this.

Yeah, disconnect the black tubes from it, disconnect the electical connector then just push it through the holding ring.

It's at the back of the engine, next to the TB with a rubber ring holding it in place.

Saw a McLaren SLR outside Halfords in Woking when I was in the UK.

An American woman hired a car in Budapest from Sixt, a Citroen C4. She drove it to Pecs , a distance of approx. 220 km. She did the whole journey in first gear because she thought it was an automatic! And this is what the car looked like afterwards.

I've got the Boge Turbos on my rear, but can't really give you a comparison as I've only driven a VR with them on (apart from the burst shocks I took off)

How much are the UK ones now? Think we're up to £184 on the Isle of Man.
