remember them all. In fact, I have Ray Campbells dash in my car now, his rear beam is in the loft waiting for me to rebuild it. Tony Carter-Inmans inlet manifold is current chrome plated and fitted to my VR too.

likely feedback from the alternator, I would check all your earths, not sure what any bang after mute is about. Which cd player you got. Also you can by a damper to put in the power supply to stop feed back if needs be. start your engine, turn up the gain on the amps so you can clearly hear the whin, then try moving the power cables and RCA's listen for any increase or decrease in noise.

the pic is pre-polish and chrome. I like to photograph everything i take to bits to chrome as its usually a month turn-around and easy to forget. On my second chrome setup as they only last 18months before they need stripping and re-plating.

My specialist subject :lol: Good idea to reset the motor before bolting up to the mechanism.

Looks like a seriously good project in the making. Amused by the fact you think the std recaro's are crabby, most on here would kill for a pair and that body colour is bloody awesome. If you do change the colour i'd say stick to a warm colour with that interior but judging by the mods you've done so far you need no advise from me. Keep the pics coming!!

ordered the radiator cowl and the plastic guard for GPC today prices below, radiator i'm getting from gsf at the weekend. The assorted spacers mounts and brackets will be bought from the dealers. cowl: £45+vat plastic guards: £5ea + vat

guess you really are cosidering doing this then yep, really like how hard it makes the front look. My cars dark so will look more subtle than the gold car.

how do you know it was bathroom sealer? Seals hard? Think about that comment.

I'm planning on some S2's with a black center, or Some 15" RS's if I can find RS's for a good price. The worst thing about being over here is getting nice rims so much money like $600.00 canadian just for shipping. check out the attached pic of RS's on a goldy colour C with gold centre. Got a better pic somewhere, i'll post it when i find it. Still reckon your rims are perfect. Also few misc pic's. One of the new wishbones which are seam welded from the factory, that will save me some time. Started to strip them to bare metal, haven't fully decided how i'm going to detail them. Options are thick black(not really good enough for show i think), silver or met grey powder coat, chrome + clear powdercoat or body colour....need more time to think about it. Couple of night time pics too till i get the chance to take some decent pics before the weather turns nasty.

£26k :shock: , thought some thing like that would be near £40k. Gets you thinking.

I'm ordering a new radiator on monday + the metal shroud which fits on the back. What else should i order? New mounting rubbers, v-belt, brackets but what about the temp senders and switches? I believe you can fit a different set from another model which makes the fan cut in at a lower temp? Also any idea of the cost of a new fan motor?

nearly, haven't got aircon on my C. Not sure how many of the parts listed are common to both, guess i should of mentioned that and the fact that the cars a 1992. Thanks for digging tho.
