The thing i've found is once you get over the initial worries about tackling a complicated job and get stuck in, you get to a point where you've got to see it through and in the end, you find it isn't wasn't too hard afterall.
-
I know i've said it already but that car is really stunning.

Dash tranplant in action, it was done in the wind, rain and darkness as i wanted to make GTi Festival. Didn't make it in the end but it wasn't for lack of trying!! For the CCGB members out there, under that leather is Ray Campbell's dash from the C he relutantly had to break. More pics to follow on the interior build.

Bet its near identical to the new PVS one. Thats on BBS RS 16" tho.
-
How do you know that?

[/quote:c0a16] Thats what i thought. Found a topic on talk audio "basscube VS epicentre" and they seem to prefer the latter. I think the basscube would be better for my install soundwise but the epic matches the install (or will once i've tweeked it a little) which is more important in a showcar.

got an epicentre on ebay today, brand new £67 8)

One of my mates wants one too. Then he's just got to find himself a corrado to fit it too :D And he says this car's going to be std  -

Hi Mate, The wheel is a Momo Runner, i bought it as it was one of only two momo wheels with a centre pad, unfortunately i don't think they make them anymore. The exposed metal look is abit mountney but is you can live with that the best wheel i've ever had is a momo corse. Awesome wheel.

Here another one for you Russell. One of only 3 chromed VR6 throttlebodies in the world and its overbored and rebuilt for good measure. I had big problems convincing the chromer to plate this. Theres a few secrets involved with producing one of these

Hyundai with a bit of MkV Escort in the headlights. Very little Jagness about it.

I wasn't sure i'd need one. The front end of my system is geared towards SQ but for show purposes i needed a monster sub and people seem to rave abou these little boxes. Guess if i use one for show only i'd be best getting one which gives the biggest BOOM and switch it off for the ride home.

Turn2 (USA) Cold Air Intake (CAI) system for the VR6

how much are they shipped? -
I've got a an 800rms 15"sub being run off a mono bass amp 600rms @12v. Any benefit from adding a Bass Cube or Epicenter, if so which is the more suitable of the two for listening to the likes of Linkin Park/Green Day/Chemical Brothers/Depeche Mode (strange combo eh).

Just noticed the sills!!!!! Mk3 Cabrio?

I really like it. First C i've seen which can pull off the smoothed front bumper. A C' needs to sit damn low for it to work and be a dark colour
-
Mine was ment to be in the 100th issue  The thing is a PVW feature is something you'll probably do once and keep forever. Didn't want my C in there when i'm not happy with. I've alway seen PVW and the golf as two slightly different markets. Golf being more youthful/club oriented and PVW the magazine you aspire too.
-
Surprised if its in the next issue, not done the shoot yet. Not PVW's fault, as the shoots been put back a couple of times due me wanting to perfect it more which they understand completely and haven't been pressurizing me or anything, just regular chats over winter. Got to say, Elliot gets alot of stick on E38's forum but he's a cracking bloke. I've been having a problem with an ICE company which Elliot said he would sort out if i got nowhere with them which is a weight off my mind. As for the cover you'll have to wait and see.

Thats the next stage for me when i get around to it. Going to try a few things, see which works.
