Iv'e had the RAC (AA :gag: ) once in 6 years (burst water pipe) since changed them all. All those things on your list you have got to expect for a 20 year old classy car (or so).... as said above regular self maintanance helps a million. :) You love the car man ! :luvlove:

My advise would be to stick with the original filter (191 129 620 for G60) no gains with pipercross/k&n filters.

fairly even floor but the floor paint always wears off where the tyres sit and it's forever peeling off in places, quite big too 17x10 ft. just looks a good solution to me,10 year warranty too.

Indeed they do....Twist all the way in then 2 full turns out each, stops the boot from vibrating then too.

No need to take any A-B-C pillars off. i did my sunroof last week and took Mike Edwards advise (and glad i did ) :notworthy: Just take the sun visors off, interior light out and the internal strip around the sunroof and then remove the clip in strip at the very back of the lining and slide out (took about 10 seconds to slide out) Did all this within 5 mins. putting back in just needs a second person to slide the lining back in as it needs to be put back square in line. I had a non working sunroof for three years because it sounded daunting to fix but it was really simple and i wish i had done it years ago :clap:
