  1. The needle gauge is the water temp. The MFA reading is the oil. Both figures you give above is normal mate.
  2. :confused4: What do you mean? Do you mean the water getting behind the glass issue you can have, or something else?
  3. Obviously you've never watched ITV on a Saturday night, Dec  Though if its like other TV series revamps, I'd probably agree with the above - it will be appaulingly bad. After all you cant beat THE HOFF as Michael Knight. I think a Chevy Corvette would have been better as a more modern day KITT, not a Mustang. I've heard on the grape vine that a A Team film is going to be in cinemas soon. Now, i cannot see that working tbh. Even if you manage to cast the first 3, how can you cast Mr T!? who could you see playing B.A?
  4. Thats a good link. JUst to let you know. One black cable leads round down the side of the dash instruments, sort of behind where the fog light switches are. The other goes round to the drivers foot well side, then round the back and connects to a lever just behind the cubby hole of the centre console. If that makes sense  Both cables can be a PITA to get them unhooked.
  5. The 'bearing' noise, could just be one of the pulleys. I occasionally get the noise that you speak off.... it only lasts about 1 second.
  6. :( sad news mate. At least if your mate is buying it you know it will be looked after and if its not you can give him a telling off. Hope you return soon :salute:
  7. Bound to be on youtube.[/quote:gmxbw0iq] yeah I had a look but most are pretty rubbish quality and its impossible to see it properly.[/quote:gmxbw0iq] I think the best quality is going to be on the BBC website, but like others the camera isnt zoomed close enough.
  8. I just find the whole thing sad for F1, plus I can't really believe a driver would do this - even on instruction - madness. I suppose Piquet was that desperate to keep his seat.
  9. Here we go again.... http://www.irishtimes.com/sports/other/ ... 82682.html
  10. No worries. When you fit that nut onto of the bearing, make sure you dont tighten that nut too much. Let us know how you get on.
  11. Where are you mate, maybe someone near you could recommend a garage?
  12. Yeah it will be, it will be the nut thats holding the bearing onto the supersport suspension
  13. The nut you have there replaces the OEM one in the engine bay which goes on last and holds the metal disc that sits inside the engine bay also. There will be another nut off you OEM suspension that you will need. You want to put the purple cone on first, then the donut shaped bearing - this is held on by the OEM nut i mentioned above. Then put the rubber top mount on and fit it all to car. Once the car is on the ground fit the metal disc which goes ontop of the suspension turret in the engine bay, finally put the nut on you got with the suspension - the one in the pic.
  14. Should look good with a bit of tlc. Once thing though, is it just the pic or is the slam panel a little bent?
  15. I remember it being exciting too. You'll be grinning all the way home :D
  16. Sounds like its got a uprated wiring loom for the lights fitted. I had this issue before, when water got into the relays and i put full beam on, all the lights just went out - sorry i didnt respond before, only just seen this post. Glad you got it sorted though.
  17. Congrats on the purchase  Liking the camouflage paint job

    VR6 power

The lighter one is parked slightly further away they're not directly opposite eachother :D
  19. That was me and the misses on our way to van fest :) Not debadged though just have a black and red badge   weeheeyy another response from a spot :D Ah i only saw you at the last minute tbh. Did you enjoy the show? I gather you were camping for the night. I'd liked to have camped but it seems to get fully booked really quickly for the last couple of years. Shame as i wanted to see the show and shine. I fell in love with the T25 with the porsche engine in it, Porsche brakes and alloys. NICE 8) I loved it and the weather was brilliant! Also another spot, i saw an Aqua blue corrado parked near the trade area of the vanfest grounds, had Porsche D90s on.
  20. Nice advert :D Shame about the comments... :?
  21. Sat in traffic in the town centre, a guy in a new jag pulled out from an underground parking garage and turned to head the opposite way. He pulled along side me and said he loved the corrado and always wanted one. I told him he should get rid of the Jag to get one  Also had a guy comment on my car that had just got out of a really nice T5 at Vanfest on saturday.
  22. MIne can often run below 70 according to the guage - thats if im driving steady with no traffic. It will go back up if i give it some beans or get stuck in traffic. Though most of the time its spot on 90. I dont think you have anything to worry about tbh.
  23. 90 degrees for the water temp is normal.
