    be warey of halfords though. I got an inca blue touch up from halfords and it wasnt really that close of a match, Quite a bit darker. Though this could have been put down to the age of the paint on the car, but inca blue isnt that dark anyway.

    heh went to shell to fill up, V Power was 107.9p :shock: Filled up on normal which was 101p

    Indeed^^ But, if it is the heater matrix it will be steam, thus windows would have been steamed up. But if it was smoke, then the windows wouldnt have steamed up.

    Funny you should say that mate when youve just changed your suspension. Ive just changed mine and notice little knocks under pedals since ive changed mine. Had a look and the tie rod boot has torn right open. Possibly that knocking on mine, but couldnt see anything else it could be.

    Hi Faz, The best option is to go for the super pref V-Power, but at over a pound a litre it'll work out pricey. You can run 95ron fuel, but does reduce the performance.

    I suppose thats the flip side of the coin of the stories my mechanic has told me about VEGE. He's told me of a camper engine that went back 4 years after it was fitted - outside warrenty. They ask for engine to be shipped over to them, they ended up fixing it and sending it back free of charge. Though wasnt told what was wrong with it.

    Ill let you know later, not sure i can do the 1000rpm in 5th though - not with a VR.

    AAAH ill get the pot of grease out. Im not paying 180 notes for a whole new mechanism. Ill check it out over weekend. Any ideas about the wind noise?

    How many bolts go into the sump to hold it on, 26? If you could count how many you put into the sump compared to how many there should be, that will help you decide

    No worries Dave. The alarm is linked to those switches, it must be, as if the door is opened it close the circuit on the switch and the alarm will go off. The alarm fitter is coming back round to have a gander, but as ive said i reckon its something to do with the alarm connected to those switches. Dismiss the windows are not working at all comment i put in the previous post.

    aye id agree with JMC. On the passenger side on the inner wing youll see a yellow cylindrical resistor think. Simply unplug the yellow plug from it.

    Are they rare? I have one, but thought they came with every Corrado. Though the bulb doesnt work, where can i get a new bulb from?
