no no no  i meant the WD40 will stop the belt drying out... .hey was just a suggestion
-
Try spraying some WD40 or like onto the belt while the engine is running. May help a bit.
-
Its just to adjust the height not to change it from being left hand drive to right hand drive.

Makes sense for the VR not to have one, it's be constantly going off and annoying you!

Merry Christmas and happy new year!

Sounds like a good deal.

Its Standard. Its the points i have thats killing me, i have 3 years no claims with having a bump in 2005. I was a month short off 5 years without having a crash then got points and a bump in one smegging year :( Although im only 3rd party, with Adrian Flux im still covered to driver other vehicles like you would be able to on comp, apparently they do it on age (25) rather then cover type.
-
pfffff..... 1200 comp, but 730 3rd party with Adrian Flux. Got a few points though :(

Merry Christmas to you and all!! :x-mas:

Theres a "Steering rack swaps and solutions" thread? Wouldnt the PAS fluid reservoir be low also? Cheers Cheesewire ill get that checked.
-
£500  They're having a giraffe! No not losing any fluid, so will find out in next couple of weeks once geometry is set up right. Cheers
-
Thanks for the update Andy. CHEERS!
-
Ah! (GULP) Ive got the same issue. Though i know the geometry is out after changing the suspension. Will be interesting to see if its still like that when its set up correctly. Though its not a huge differences between weight though, so hoping it is just the tracking or similar. How much are new or reconditioned racks?

Any word?

Its pretty straight forward really. Just undo the screws on the inside of the door (the side you cant see when the door is closed.) - the screws may be reverse thread too, so if you find you cant get them off, try turning them the other way. The handles should just slide out with a bit of persuasion. You then just have to disconnect the wire that is attached to the inside of the handle. As for changing the locks, i think it is possible yeah. Or the new handles locks can be rebarrelled (if thats the right word). I think theres a HOW TO in the knowledge base on how to do it.

Shame on you Philuk, you missed the Corsa's off.

Im not sure about you braking for a bend and the ABS locking up. But if you have to brake hard on ice it will stand more a chance of not locking up then normal brakes, but there is still no guaranteed your car wont slide. The brake juddering is the ABS working btw.

Even the small bottles are 4-5 quid. 4 bottles for a tenner, even the small ones are a bargin.

lo fella I used a bloke called Max Pitts who has his own fitting business called motoelectro. He's a mobile fitter and is based down the road from me in Leeds 15. I know he goes all over yorkshire fitting alarms, remote start, hand free kits etc. He's worth ringing to see if he'll fit it for you. He fitted my VR6 with an autowatch alarm in october. He's a top bloke and knows his stuff. Call Max on 07767838052. EDIT- Oh and he's a certified fitter. Is intelistart like remote start, if so i dont think it does invalidate your insurance as the alarm fitter was willing to fit this for me if i got another alarm. Didnt say anything about invalidating my insurance, and he knew i was getting an alarm fitted, not only for security but it also was an insurance requirement.

Sounds like you need a room dedicated to models. How long has it taken to get so many?
