I would also recomend retaining the Std airbox for it advantages on keeping everything a bit cooler-cleaner

ah well,i thought it was normal,but after inspecting mine there was a spring broken in an oil seal on the scroll,dont think it was causing the tight spot though :? riley- Is there any witness marks aroud the walls of your scrol? If there is it was the broken spring/ of a forgien object causing the tight spot.

STOP its not normal any tight spots will cause faliure to your unit. either a spring has broken up(thrown off an oil seal) or the timing is out... i would not risk running it untill you are completly happy the is running with no tight spots.

Thats not actually a rallye intercooler its a golf g60 one which is 1" shorter in overall length ...these fit with alot less work than the rallye item. -

14.8:1 at idle. anything from 500-700 on the c/o pot. lambda value sould also be 1. and your c/o level must not exceed 3.5%

get some bmw 15" bbs from a e30 they look wicked on a corado as the offset is slightly lower hence filling the arch's nicer also cheap as chips in most free-ads

Gareth not sure weather you know yet as you had to leave but you won best corrado of show today... I think the guy (H) picked up you trophy along with richard's (impact T4) so i guess he will be getting in touch with you... Well done mate you car looked stunning..... good to share a few light refreshments with you also on sat night. :wink:

As above who is the proud owner of the k-plate g60 that was displayed at this weekends show? im sure i saw it in our local paint shop on thursday? Did you win a price at the show as you car looked a very nice example..

There is NO need to remove that rear mount. you only need to remove the pulley is std size and you dont need to remove the alternator either. -

the kits are simple enough to fit DIY. the standard tensioner will do the job of keeping your belt at the correct tension -
