Love my mk1 cabby. But it has proved pretty pricy since I got it. Much more than I hoped for as a second car although every time I get in it I smile as they are great cars...............
-
Hey I learnt to drive in one of those...................
-
Yup I have just been talking to my mate who I am trying to get out of retirment from 2pack fumes to spray my c. And all the time was thinking ok will need new roof trims and new door trims and bet he couldnt get the rear 1/4 windows out so might have to get some of those as well.............. ouch is going to be pricy, just hope I can get him to do the spray so I can save some money for all the bits I want
-
I was looking for one with the cubby hole as well but could only find the double cup holder. Think that might be more useful than another place for me to store crap though  Will have to try and get another heater panal as well so I can neaten it up now then will be just about ready to pull it all out agin to change the heater matrix......... I found the trick was patience and a steady hand with the dremell. Just got to fit the 12v outlet that should turn up tommorow in the cubby hole so I can still charge my phone.
-
Not a problem my heater matrix is fubar  Mind you when its fixed could keep coffee hot............. Its all in the design
-
Not to mention the stupidly little cubby hole is useful for bugger all  Mind you I can just about fit the really usefull remote for the stereo in it
-
You could do but I think it would of been really tight. As it is I have to get out at some point and make the surround for the stereo fit properly as it isnt quiteon. Also I think you would find it a bit of a pain in the butt changing gears........
-
yup think I might be spending a few euros on there as well...........
-
All fitted, here you go guys. Got them put in this afternoon. Much fun with the dremell to get it to fit but no problem, works and everything. Could hve been done a bit neater and I will take it out when I have time. The only thing that isnt too great is the gap between the heater panal and the stereo. Will have to get something to neaten it up. But functional and will save my bits from scorching coffee..........
-
Sorry guys they are a bit too long, you could sort that but they are about 1cm too thin......... Anyone want to buy a set of A4 roof strips
-
More damage to my C. Now they wanna write it off.

sorry fella. but they are right no one to claim from = paid for your insurance comany = loss of no claims. always a bugger when it is not your fault. Try and work out how much your insurance was without no claims then decied if it is really worth claiming. -
Now thats a good find........... Still going to experiment with the a4 ones though especially if they sit flush..
-
well think i will give it a go. will report back............
-
bttt -- anyone else know if this is true before I go to combellacks tommorow to destroy some a4's 8)
-
one top looking car.....................
-
cool will atempt mine next week as I had the same problem.........
-
Perfect as it is just the bottom grafted on to the oem bumper.
-
Cant go anywhere in her, catch everything and cant get into my own garage without reversing but hey it looks great 8)
-
yp is just the angle. After I looket the photo i did walk round the car and have a proper look as I thought the same
-
No. Took that just after I put the bumper on. TBH it only look so low with the rs. I really should get some skirts to match and a rear diffuser. But that would really take away from the lines of the car. Side shot makes her look really high. Although she is on FK highsports wound down as low as I can go - get rubbing on full lock.
-
Pictures of the bumper on, have also fitted the single gas strut on the bonnet I bought about a year ago
-
will stick a picture in my gallery in a mo... I actually really like it. Think it suits a black c really well..
-
Oh and andy cheers for the bumper all fitted and looks spot on.......
-
Exactly what I am going to try. When you hold it flat as it would sit in the c dash do the holders come out straight as I know that they come out flat in the polo and the dash where it is fitted is curved. So was worried that they might droop a little bit
-
bugger. if you go to http://www.vagparts.com then product overview - vw = polo - interior parts is the top one on the list.
