HI all how much would you pay for a i believe the colour is mystic blue storm it has shrick vsr, all the storm etc but has some accident damage! tooffside rear quater and the door! quite bad! door quite easy fix rear quarter im worried about but even if i was to break what would it be worth to me to buy at? cheers Andy

im with zippy i have a jom one and its sounds the nuts had to buy avr with one on after hearing zippy going round chievley at last rrday! its one 8) noise

mate quite funny this my mate said really nice one on piston heads at the mo he's always looking for them! really good little cars bloody quick and handle well! my mates on his 4th this ones yellow and hes done some head work and that its pushing 145bhp and it beats my vr drag up to 80! Defo get one he hasnt really had to many problems with any of his we only changed an alternator and pads other than that we've put suspension on every one! they are good though mate only thing id say is check the seats all his later style interior ones the 1/2 leather seem to wear quite quickly! the yellow ones seem to command a higher price but also hold there price so have a look around he brought his 3rd red one for only £1450! but paid about £3500 for his current yellow one!

I just have to say that being on this forum form a while now every time a newbie comes on all they ask is what do i get g60 or Vr? Me being on the G side for the whole time untill now! all you VR boys and girls bang on about is the bloody noise your vr makes and i always think your over exagerating every time i just think thats nothing on a g-lader at full chat! and allthough the g60 sounds awesome. i think the raw size of the engine at about 4k under full load it is just immense and has put the biggest smile on my face! so confession over vicar! the vr is imo the best sounding car ive ever driven or been driven in! and i drove a 355 and rs6 on my driving day and i think with the induction kit it eats em for breakfast! just forgot to ask the chip is pretty much out the question as doesnt seem worth the money what about things like englarged throttle body and exhaust mani? i need to still get my hands a little dirty? also guys anyone know the price of plugs for the vr obd1 95 m reg Cheers sorry all the questions just excited new car etc!

cheers lads thanks for all your comments and its a 95 plate vr! i will leave the chip then need a few paint bits touching up first and some new rear lights! im not going to charge this for a while if i do a as i just want something that will eat up some motorway miles better than the corrado! but still looks good and has some power. it is alot slower than the C but for a bigger car it handles really well she has a nuespeed strut brace and fk coil overs all round on audi tt 17's pulls to the left slightly but other than that she very straight and true!

bill - yeah i got a very good price and managed to keep the tank and i got a free tank of fuel! hows the paint job coming on are u going to the rr'day? mike - yes mate just ringing to tell you about the car story and ask if you wanna drive up to stealth even thou ur not running and get the obligatory burger king on way home. let us know matey p.s if you think the vr looks ok his mk2 is just pure sex in car form!

i sold my rado g60 now just brought a mk3 vr over the moon with her omg the sound is just immense under load the induction just sounds so waarrrpppp! get a vr for the noise! on a serious note the build quality is immense on the older dubs and its jus hard to get out the system thats why im staying vag for a long time to come! good luck with search chap!

hi is it worth chipping the mk3 vr6 lump and if so where did you get your chips from thanks Andy superchips gives 12 bhp and is £292 my new vr!
