ok will take the brakes apart again! the only problem is that my score was actually on the side you can see physically but the score has now gone since i dissassembled the brake last time! kev could it be the disc has warped or would this have no issue with squealing!

do yours do it while your driving along thou matey or only under breaking! i will check that splash gaurd actually as it has scored my disc also that guard is only at the back of the brake? did it score the back of your disc then? no pulling on the car thou she's still straight and true! its just pissing me off! kev could it be the disc has warped or would this have no issue with squealing!

the level of effort from you and lee just absolutely amazes me can i ask are you scared to drive it? and do you miss sometimes the feeling that not such a special car would give you that you can just take it out and give it an absolute hammering! excellent though! do you think you'll ever stop!

thaks for advice lads how can you tell if the caliper is sticking coz this brake squeal is a constant when i havent even got the brakes on! if that makes sense! cheers

ok mate thanks im gonna get some cheap shitty pads just for 3 weeks untill i can buy my new discs and pads as the noise is driving me crazy when you say about the edges does this mean with some sand paper? also do you think it is definately the brakes? supercharged if you do have sticky calipers how do you sort this?

hi all i am soon getting new pads and discs on the front of the C as she is squealing really badly at the moment! but what i was actually wondering was! what is causing the brakes to squeal and is there anything i can do to stop it ! I've already re- coppered greased the outer side of the pads! but this hasn't done anything really!

My first thoughts were, is it the torsional damper weight on the O/S driveshaft come loose and moving around on the shaft, sometimes catching something, but I had a quick look and it is not this. what is this please?

chris, stan i havent personally been to powerflow so im not gonna comment but maybe if you have any mates that have had custom zorsts made at a certain place and they are happy with it then that should be ok! word of mouth is something i regard very highly! im ditching my decat pipe soon and going straight through only one box before back box! will be interesting but its purely because i have a rattle in the decat pipe when hot and i have no idea whats causing it unless the baffle's have gone! but like chris said an exhaust is never gonna make a huge difference unless mated with a 4 branch manifold!

if you get a custom made zorst you can get make it to whatever sound you want fella! have a chat with powerflow or someone!

kev im gonna go for some grooved discs and pagid fr pads see how that goes! regarding the discs has anyone heard of omp discs i didnt even know they made them are they any good?
