  10. ah get ya cool mate! listen to greeny coz i was just having a stab in the dark!
  11. sorry greeny may of totally the wrong end of the stick! but if you take your corrado rears totally out this wont involve buttechering your bench! then put in the tt rear bench in (im unsure of the size) but im sure a good upholsterer will be able to fit it! it might cost a lot but im sure it could be done!
  12. reaper i had exactly this if its not ur + & - being the wrong way round its that youve got the wiring to close to the power lead! as mine used to go up and down with the revs very annoying!always try run the cables as far away from the power as possible! i did the neatest install in my golf and cable tied it took whole interior out stupidly didnt test it but it back together then got the whizzing with the revs! never changed it back after that!

  19. thanks for this gents will be a great help tonight! (do the two bolts come totally out from the caliper or do they just need substantially losening) then once the bolts are losened does the caliper pull straight off or do they need to be knocked back with hammer( dave just read again what you said about using a hammer to knock the caliper off gently)! are the pads left inside the caliper! sorry for asking silly questions just wanna make 100% sure what im doing? one last thing as my brakes are binding the pads are quite attached to the disc! will they losen from the disc when i losen those two bolts?
  20. as you look at the caliper dave are these the two bolts at the back one at the top and one at the bottom have a rubbery sleve after the bolt? just wanna make sure its right? also can i just check do i need to release any pressure from the brake fluid or anything fella cheers Andy
