  1. "Erm hello I'm from teh BBC and would like to buy your corrado.." Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppppppppp!
  2. "Caterhams are for Geeks" Is rubbish... Geeks in Caterhams last about 20 minutes! Damn things still have "Live" rear axels! When a Caterham bites it grabs you by the head and keeps shaking till you're dead... they are pretty nasty, especially the "R" spec ones, chassis really wasn't designed for that much horsepower! Saying that, in the right environment, they are a LOT of fun!
  3. I seem to have logged onto the John Deere forum!
  4. Just got to wait for the first "I drowned my new Fester" story after that beach assault... MUST have been modded to drive that deep in the water!

Couple club guys have ABF'd their MK2's and the stock Mani apparently flows plenty good enough! And clears everything too!
  6. So Jim, did you like the "Proper" test of he Fiesta? Which Shopping Centre was that! BHS's flooring after the Vette decided to do Burn-outs!
  7. Audioscape pods, is there any difference between early and late versions apart from the window switch holes?? Unsure if this was ICE or Interior! *Edit: updated for what speaker to put in now?*
  8. Well I got to see pics of the freshly refurbished 928-Winters when Yeti went to BJV at the weekend! The Future's bright! Also added to the Spend list is: a full late Recaro interior, (in the spare room awaiting last couple bits, make great PS3 Seats though!) a pair of Audioscape door pods,(early so will need adapting to late cards) a Pioneer DEH-P77, Kick ass! KW-1's (Under the stairs, need to get some a-arms as well!) and a little bit of Carbon... So things are a-changing! Slowly!
  9. Leon, as you're "down here" find Bernard Newbury in Southend... dare you to find fault with his work!
  10. Peanut Engineering? AKA Peanut on here... or PM his Beter half... M15VW..
  11. http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=scirocco+GT24 Harsh.. but funny... Not sure VW will release a "hot" Rocco in these times, the R32's prices have fallen through the floor recently.. worse than a VR Rado!
  12. Love this idea, would work well with HIDS too, drop for MOT up for Daily/Country roads/annoying Bimmer X3/5/6's! (who all seem to have one badly adjusted light from factory!) How does this affect the inital setting up of the lights to level though? Do you have to keep popping the motor unit out and fiddling with its shaft (expects a visit from Toad/Dom after that comment)
  13. From memory (and the car's miles awat ATM) No senders... But the logical one would be Oil-temp for MFA... however thing that maybe in the head and pressure in the block?
  14. 8v actually quicker off the line than the 16v as has more Torques... My 2.0 again quicker off the line than a KR, because of torques but still has to be "booted" to get going... If you're driving mostly in traffic, Beware going the 2.0/KR cam route as it shifts the power up the rev range...
  15. Fair-hair, Stone Island Jumper and Jeans... That narrow's it down a bit!
  16. So the question to ask is "How many of these have you sold this quarter?" Then offer a ludicrously low price?
  17. Ah now some-one want to confirm if Early/late are the same? Or are the bearings re-buildable?
  18. Just stop before Westwood come knocking!
  19. That'll be because you are either not using the right products, or applying them the wrong way! :nono:
  20. Yup the Poorboys stuff's supposed to be really good.. available from Elite... I use the Autoglym "Snot" (bumper and Trim Care) that's pretty good too... Best to try and strip off the oxidisation first I find a small amount of SRP on a cloth does a good job, then Snot them... leave to cure for 1/2 hr and rub off the excess... As with anything lots of thin layers works best!
  21. Isn't that just another name for a light that's always on??? Not on my car! (Now where's that big lump of wood to touch?)
  22. Actually I'm thinking of getting a Megane just on that advert.... and oh look here come the men in white coats! :cuckoo:
  23. Dave, GITD Paint??? Simple... If it's not bright enough, then Black-light spots on the B-Pillars to high-light them! How about a Spoiler/Sunroof "failure" light? Much more useful!
  24. Leon, you have some 5-spokes that don't have much "nickable" on them already!
