Is standard green tint? I bought the driverside rear glass from Pat - new and think its green so I will need the passenger side to be green also. Do you want a passenger door in return? My sister gets back from her travels soon and she lives in London and I will need to make an effort to visit her so could pop up sometime? I have some weld burns etched into my rear screen and it bugs me. The passenger side rear glass is not so important as mine is fine but wondering if it will be damaged when they remove it. The last time they didnt but they damaged the driverside rear rubber. Cheers

I bough the MK4 rear brakes when I did the upgrade and has the carriers grit blasted and professionally wet painted. Then when I went to fit, I realised I had to use my standard rear carriers with the nk4 callipers so I have a lovely set of both rear MK4 rear calliper carriers in black with new dust rubbers. Bolts move freely in carriers. Theres a number ingraved on them - 5612/4 2191 and 5612/4 1211 £20 plus postage to the lucky bidder

To be honest, I've had all these bits for little while and haven't crossed reference the prices I paid for them and guessed most of it. I appreciate most of it is cheaper to intice people but if the bolt kit is rather expensive, then happy to drop a bit. What are they new off the shelf from VW? Can you remember? Happy to do something. If you round it up I will send both pairs and seal kit.....

3 to 4 cameras should be ideal. I have ideas where I want them placed. Thanks for this... I will check the links out and try and learn abit more. Nice one Rams

BTW, both rubber bits are in the box, just only pulled one out for the picture. Additionally, I have another 4 bolts new - unused without the rubbers/lube. Wasn't sure if you wanted the kit or the bolts? Hi all ANYONE UP FOR A GROUP BUY CCTV SETUP? Some scrote has levered my dads bumper inserts out of his C class Merc to steal the parking sensors. Happend in broad day light outside my annexe. When I noticed I just couldn't believe it. They were taken to order! I've had a couple of things happen to previous vehicles I have owned and so have others along the road. Its not really over looked and I have decided that I will be installing a sensible CCTV system as I am going to catch the scum bags. Always kept saying I need some decent CCTV and its always after the event. I felt sick for my dad really, hes always had cheapy cars and given us - his children the best and since he retired we found him a lovely c class and he really enjoys driving it. I even spent an hour driving round local streets to see if I could find a similar car but no joy but would love any advice on a decent system and what costs I might be looking at. I like the idea of being able to log on and see the cameras remotely and something that is good for evening times / polarity. The neighbour across the road - we look out for one another and he said he would possibly chip in as my house would show his house on the opposite road. Budget wise, £3/400 but if you think spending a bit more would be worth it, im all ears. Or less to achieve similar results? Cheers Rams
