same dude selling heater controls, I was watching these and forgot about them, Was on £21 at 2am this morning, sold for £82 at 10am. Not quite as expensive as the badges. you might have to use something like 80 grit there, maybe a little metal filler/bondo. maybe. they can be sorted I bet EDIt I use a mousey sanding tool, much quicker

If I had plenty of money I'd be geting people paint them or even powdercoated, I dont mind doing it myself, I got free time to do it. Its not too difficult to do either some of my efforts :D before after 928's colour coded with red lips :) my compos which failed to fit :(

The lips I used sand paper from 80 up to 800 and 1000 etc, but once smooth I used http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/15-Piece-Frame-Sw ... 51907d0fe1 kinda deal but the dished bits I just nitromoorsed to remove the clear coat and then Belgum Metal polish, almost mirror finish :norty:

I dont have a tensioner, I'll try to find somebody local to lend me one I think. Ive not tried this job often, only the once but I gave up pretty quickly. right.... I have bought a new pully as the one I took off had the woodruff broke, but not bought new belts or anything else. would you recommend me buying anything else as Im doing this job? cheers

just thought, my chain is from my 9a cams and ive put that onto my KR cams, would that matter? The head has been skimmed

Im really struggling to get these timed up, its stopping me from making any progress on my valver. I just cant get the pully and cams all timed up correctly, any tips advice would be greatly awesome :grin:

Ive used it before, I got the foam stuff atm and I tried to use it on a slam panel but it dont work cause its celulose I think?
