diamond cut the rims and just colour code the rest!! You have the type of colour that you could get away with it!! lucky bar steward!!
-
black chrome could look really good, Possibly a gloss black would be cool?! but i'll standby the colour coded centres idea!!
-

My G came with a 68mm pulley and a superchip, swapped it out for an sns from darren at g-werks, sns is defo the better chip. Mind you my superchip looked like it was from the early 90's and was a double piggyback type job.

Had full use of a mates garage/ramps today and pretty much spent the whole day going over the rado. Anyways after sorting out various small things and making a list of what needs done this year i drove away happy as larry, realising the list was half what i expected and just a general check that everything is in working as it should. Couple miles down the road i noticed a hissing noise coming from intercooler type direction (G60) got home and i've burst the same damn boost hose i burst about 6 weeks ago in the same place too!! Just venting off, hope everyones has kicked off the new year better than i have!!

Will sort some more photos out first thing hopefully in some good light!! Like i said two wheels are ok just tiny scuffs, the other two have moderate damage but with a refurb they could look awesome. You could even colour code the centres?! Just a thought

no-one running these calipers with 15's?!
-
Been looking into this on ed38 but seems to be a grey area over these calipers. Will it really depend what offset the wheels are? I've test fitted the calipers with my RZ's and they caught the inside of the wheel face when fully extended so i'm skeptical with brand new discs and pads on there too!!
-
Need some help from the more knowledgeable!! I'm running standard brakes on my G60 at the mo but was planning on upgrading to S2 calipers does anybody know if they clear standard BBS RZ's? Plus i'm also looking into purchasing a set of BBS RM's, would these clear the caliper too? Or should i just scrap the S2 plan and go with the standard set up with my preferred wheel?! Any help much appreciated :salute: Ps 15" wheels

Pics of Corrado with a side exit exhaust??
just_say_meth replied to Shaggy's topic in General Car Chat
When i looked into this for my last polo, the local mot tester said that it didn't matter what side it came out of just that it contained the right amount of silencers as the original exhaust. But he may be wrong, got it done anyway!!! -

Akward place to get into eh?! any luck with drilling it out?
-
Had this problem also, just lined up the screwdriver and gave it a few good hits and managed to grip it enough to get it out!! So went straight to the motor factors and bought some stainless jobs and replaced all, guess i was just lucky but drilling was the next step!!

speed sensor is easy to replace yeah, try a search there should be a part no. on one of my previous posts. but yea the speedo was the only thing that stopped working everything else was fine! http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47383

had the speedo sensor on my gear box go recently but never got any of those symtoms, when mine went i still had a fully functional mfa.

Welcome to the forum! Not an expert on vr's but never heard much on them failing emissions. Your budget seems good for a vr and if you look in the wiki (knowledge base top of the page) you should find the buyers guide very helpful. :D

So what i'll have will be about an 1 1/2" of thread and then i'll not need the thread with bit of blank tubing?
-
Darren at g-werks recommended to get rid of the it and just fit sandwich plate and oil filter. so already started on that.
-
Have replaced the original oil cooler for the mocal sandwich plate but am stuck there as i was told to cut down the centre shaft but not really understanding how? But have replaced the water pipes for mk1 items to bypass the cooler-supercharged
