  11. Ok off to the halfords with me then. Will take a look and see if I can find the tube first so as I get a good match. leigh, My boost guage only reads boost. its pretty cool stores the highest boost on your journey which is all I'm really intrested in (charger health). I asked in the past what is the point in the vacume reading but nobody gave a good reason. So I'm with you on that one boost only thanks
  12. Thanks Gazza I currently have it running off that one that is capped if I'm following you. I assume the panel you are talking about is the one under the steering wheel or is it the shelves. What size of T piece (diameter) or where do you get these. Cheers
  13. Hi Guy's I've fitted the above but I'm a little worried about my plumbing. Can someone send me a pic of how they have done this as I need something to avoid the pipe melting. Also what would happen if this pipe leaked whilst driving I'm using fuel pipe tubing (a few psi I'm lead to belive) so it should cope just worried about the connection. I think it has something to do with the breaking but not sure (very poor when it comes to mechanical stuff I'm afraid) Thanks

The tube station is West Street so just over the kingston bridge I will get the number for you when I'm in the office. You could walk 20 yards and you would be in his workshop. They do MOTs etc as well.

It needs a wash. HTH
  19. I bought both, LHD from the US said it would fit didnt returned it and cost me 40 bucks in postage  Then got two RHD ones as I waited so long for the UK dealers to produce them Sold the other one on the forum for a fiver Cheers
  20. HANS They are definately different as I got one from the US the guy said will fit no problems BS*(& But they still stock them for LHD http://www.neuspeed.com/catalog/6Lighti ... terior.pdf goto page 8 vdo section. Postage is a bit high thou
  21. I have a K&N panel filter and they are crap IMO done nothing for me and I dropped a few bhp on the rollers after fitting. I know there are a lot of influencing factors but I wouldn't notice if you swapped my paper one back in. 2p

  24. OK I bought one of these: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... D%2DM9017G Only problem is it would appear not to show the vac readings. An after thought but I still don’t know what this would indicate in terms of problems. Wanted something slightly different. They let you know your max reading on a blip (stores the info) so this may save me staring at the thing when I'm driving hard bonus!!! :D Now I asked the guy to let me know everything I need so I bought a boost sender unit and thought I would get the T piece and the relevant hose to connect to it. Not the case. Not impressed everything I seem to buy mail order gets screwed up. Suppose I should ask more questions  I've not really looked into these fitting kits as they can’t be that hard to source. So if anyone knows if you could let me know that would be great. I would like to know how to fit this. I.e. where is the hose that gives the ecu the reading is there a best place to cut this and add the hose. Also where have you mounted the sender unit? Engine bay? Inside the car?.... Pics would be handy :) Fitting instructions would be great if anyone has them from there kit. Does anyone knows where to get a plain black panel to house the gauge. I already have the console one so thinking about maybe locating somewhere else. Thanks in advance. P.S. Brian I think I'm going to try to mount else where as it seem that the group buy isn't going to well. Maybe when everyone buys there gauges it will be a good time to run this.
