Cheers :D

Would look something like this if they did fit :D
-
They're 18's  they look small in the astons arches! And yeah just a bit wider. I think you would need some silly arch work done to get them to fit  Rob.
-
Better pic yeah they are similar but not the same, they will be just a tad wider as well i think
-
This one?

I used Autoglym Super Resin Polish on my blackberry lastnight and i think its worked really well, i have a much better shine to it and it has filled any light swirls that i had on the bonnet so im quite impressed. I also have the Megs 123 step products and to bring my paint up a lot i am going to give it a few washes using step 1 in between times, then give it a polish and wax it to keep the finish. I once used a machine polisher on a white clio *cough* van *cough* and it brought the shine up considerably using a cutting agent. Rob.

Yeah i must have, my car is a 95' model so im guessin they put the bigger tank in when the other changes were made? So working it out i done 350 miles to £50 so thats about 31 mpg, im quite pleased with that :D Rob. -

Is my vr god on fuel or something because as previously mentioned my fuel level sender has packed up so i dont know how much fuel i have  I filled it up last week and done 350 miles and thought i'd better fill up now, i filled it up (with v-power ofcourse) and it only took £50 to fill up  that means it had like another £15-£20 left in it doesnt it? So in theory i could of made over 400 miles quite easily :D Does this sound about right or do i need to stop being a fart and have a bit more fun in my vr? Rob. -
Bit late but lastnight i fitted my new aero wipers. They are an awesome upgrade from the sheeeite standard ones!!11one Rob.

This is quite helpful actually because my fuel level sender is on the blink and i dont know how much fuel i have  I filled it up with Shell V-Power last week and since have done 320 miles averaging 30 mpg (on the MFA) driving carefully with the odd blast here and there doing mainly short trips. How many more miles do you think i have got left? Rob. -
Hey Ben, it was good seeing you again mate ... finally! I will have to come round in the day time at some point so you can see it a bit better, we can get some pics of the car together then, you might agree then that blackberry is better  well its never going to compare to yours as mine still has the original paintwork none of this respray malarky! Rob.
-
Hell yeah, these are PROPER wipers! They fit so tightly to the screen, in the words of Jeremy Clarkson "if they had only spent an extra 50p" on the wipers in the first place  Rob.
-
FINALLY got my Aero wipers today (which is just as well because its been raining ). Its unbelievable how much better they are  fantastic upgrade imo!!! Anyway here's some pics (56k go away!) Rob.

Here you go mate :)

Ok cheers Ben, i will get the arches rolled and see how i go from there as to whether i get any rubbing. I have an up-to-date list of what i want to do to my C when i get my money from website im working on and possibly selling my motorbike  STYLING - Brock B2 9x16 wheels (refurbed and re-tyred with grippy Toyo's) - Arches rolled - GB scuttle cover - Fit my aero wipers (if i ever get them, fcuking parcelforce!!) - All red rears - Colour code rear numberplate surround - Full Valet  PERFORMANCE - BMC CDA induction kit - Polished BBTB - Custom Remap - Any other ideas for a few extra BHP??? ICE - Get round to fitting my sub and amp and amp all speakers. That should do me for the time being  debating on whether to get a bonnet bra and some mudflaps for the winter months because i dont want it getting too shi tty over the winter!! Rob.
-
Ok thanks Ben, i will just get them all done. I should know someone that will be able to get them refurbed quite cheaply so i will have to find out how much. I have one worry though, i dont have coilovers just springs and shocks and therefore i am worried that the arches might hit the wheels if i go over a big bump and it bottoms out etc. I dont fancy shredding any tyres and having a blow out  So will i need bump stops for this? If so where do i get them and how much are they usually? Easy to fit? Cheers. Rob.
-
Yeah it could be anything like that really mate, good luck with it  you will find out its something stupid that will take you ages to find out! Its always that way with fitting stereos, well anything electrical really  Cheers about the wheels mate, you are a true gentleman! Just for reference, how many of the wheels are curbed and need a refurb as you mentioned they needed refurb and new tyres. So want to get a rough idea of how much i will need to spend i total so i know how much i got left to spend on other things for the car :D lol Rob.

Hmm does sound like it could be dodgy wiring somewhere. Are your speakers amped or just runnin off the head unit? The head unit is so tightly squeezed in the gap that i wouldnt be surprised if there's some sort of connection between wires. I would make sure that any bare wire is taped up with some electrical tape etc so that nothing can touch, other than that just check all the connections on the h/u and amp and make sure everything is connected properly. Have you checked the connection on your battery is ok? Yeah i will drop you a text, if you are in mk i doubt the missus will wanna go (she went to a few car meets with me in the fiesta and i got bollocked for leavin her out and it was borin etc, girls!) but she should be alright to pop over yours for a bit, show you my vr, you can show me what you have done to yours and the wheels etc (i am still having the wheels mate, but this soddin website is takin longer to do so not got paid yet, if you get fed up of holdin them just let me know and i will try and get them sooner!!) Rob.
-
I would say £5-£5.5k as well realistically, but going by some of the prices around *cough* volkscars *cough* etc you could probably get £10k for it  Rob,

Nice, is it an under car one or is it in the boot fitted behind the back seats? You noticed much difference from it? Rob.
