N reg TDI parked about 3 rows away from me at the Revival on Friday...

Went to Goodwood Revival with some of the folks here on Friday. Driving down, I got a thumbs up from a mk2 Golf and then on Saturday, 2 chufties! As I left the hotel, a couple walked by with their dogs and I said 'nice Dalmatians' (always been a fan) and he replied 'nice Corrado'! Had a lovely long chat with them both and discovered she is thinking about buying one so I mentioned the forum. He said he's always been a VW fan but despite wanting to, has never owned a Corrado so he was trying to convince her as well. Then I stopped to look round the local area and when I left, I heard a lad telling his mate was a nice car it is and proceeded to have a long chat with him too. Just a shame that my car is in an absolute state at the moment - it's a long way off being a good advert...

I'm a G&T girl these days. Particularly like the juniper Tanqueray Tea Tonic but it involves chatting up barmen to get the infusion bags... I was on a Real Ale Train trip this evening and wasn't fussed that I was on driving duty.

Black one in Basingstoke on Friday lunchtime. Didn't get any details as I had to turn off but it looked in good nick.

bit late posting this but I went to the German Show at Beaulieu last weekend and saw 2 others Corrados there. Do they belong to anyone here?

Red J reg valver on Borbet As parked up on Abingdon Rd, Oxford on Friday at 10.45pm and was still there when I drove home at about 1am. Looked very clean indeed

My Dad and I are still queuing to get in - it's taking ages! Good thing we're not in my Corrado as it would have overheated by now...

I'd love to be going but it's a bit too far for me. I went to Thruxton again this year and hope to get another, maybe Silverstone or Brands...

My Dad and I are going to the moving motor show on Thursday thanks to free tickets via the AA. Last yr I got free tickets from the DT and it was a great day so really looking forward to it again this year! I'd love to go to one of the other days too so may look into prices but then again I'd like to go to the Revival so may save my money for that...

Thanks all - thoroughly enjoyed today! Good company, Corrados and 3 track sessions makes for a good day in my book. My laps were definitely improving and an avg of 19.5mpg including the 3hr round trip shows I was pushing it so I'm happy! Remembered my camera but forgot to use it so I'm hoping Dave is going to post some photos...
