I went along to the auction yesterday. Some great cars there for auction (e39 shape Alpina B10 V8S touring in dark green being my favourite), but yes, sadly no Corrado Storm to view. Wonder if its simply been withdrawn from sale or a sale has been agreed privately..

Front VR6 Badges, Red and Silver stickers
chazrad replied to Roger Chatfield's topic in Forum Group-Buys
Hi Roger. I really like one red and one silver set please. No hurry on either as you probably have to get another silver batch made up if I read your previous posts correctly. Charlie -
Hi Rams, how much do you want for your dashboard ?

Pete, good luck with this install. I remember my V9F 'charger quite fondly. It was a Stealth install on OBD1 and used to overfuel when cold but apart from that it ran pretty well. I ran larger 360cc injectors and standard cams plus Aquamist for safety. Vince mapped it without the MAF - the days before he figured out how to do OBD1 chargers with the MAF. Whilst I got used to the power (and torque) delivery (hence the longer term switch to turbo) what I miss even now is the impeller whine at low revs and when idling. It sounded great. Will look forward to seeing the car again when its all fitted and finished. Rgds Charlie

Hi mate. I am after a corrado bonnet with the hump, that must be in the best possible condition. As you may know I am having a full respray and my original bonnet is a in a bit of a state under all the filler the bodyshop guy has removed. Your signature says you have a green 2.0L breaking atm. Is that right? And have you the bonnet? What state is it in? Thanks. PS. Were you serious about no Rados ever having black sun visors from the factory? Surely cars with black cloth and black leather interiors had them? Thanks Charlie -

Dave, great that you're back behind the wheel of a C. I look forward to seeing it in a couple of weeks...

Corrado OEM style under bonnet soundproofing kit Group Buy
chazrad replied to Hairyarse's topic in Forum Group-Buys
.. And to be fair to him the 89 euros is the original price rather than the special group buy price. Looks like those genuine buyers who managed to get on the group buy got lucky. -
Thanks Ian. Legend. Will have the cash with me.

CCGB AGM - April 26th, 2015
chazrad replied to Rocket Ron's topic in Event Announcements & Discussion
All businesses and charities that are run on behalf of members or part owned by the members have to have an annual general meeting. They are a fact of life, and they're not glamorous. But they are a chance for the committee (or board of directors) to explain to the membership what they have been doing on behalf of the membership, gain approval for what has been done and explain the way ahead. If the paying membership are aren't interested in how their money is being spent, then they can't complain when they don't like what the Club is up to. Finally it's a chance to vote in the new committee. Jim is right, you can't sugar coat it, but it's all important nevertheless. On a lighter note, its worth mentioning that it's also a really good chance to meet and/or catch up with a bunch of friendly like-minded Corrado enthusiasts and normally get to look at a selection of tasty cars. If your new to the club, then you have the chance to meet the committee who work so tirelessly to run and publicise the good work the Club does and make it as good as it can be for its members. Personally I see it as a chance to support those dedicated people who run it and show them that their work is appreciated as well as catch up with what's been happening and what's planned for the show season. I get back into the country on the Saturday but certainly expect to be there at Gaydon on the Sunday. So see you all there (albeit sadly not in the Rado). -
Ian. I shan't be able to get to see my car now for about 3 weeks minimum as I am out of the country until the AGM with work from next week. Happy to pay you for them at the AGM but unable to exchange my original parts so would have to send them on in a month or so. Is that any good? If not then will have to wait a while. Either way, no problems. Thanks.

Ian, can you do anymore sets of these? I might be able to send you my original ones to do as the car is off the road for a respray. Thanks. Charlie
