  1. Having recently moved and having a garage I can work in at all hours I've just tried to stop any overly loud noise by about 10pm just to be safe. Don't think my neighbours would have an issue with it anyway but currently I've decided to err on the side of caution. And don't forget that with a little understanding you can find the perfect blend, as Neighbours should be there for one another because that's when good neighbours become good friends....
  2. But where else can you find any porn?
  3. Yeah, same here. I routinely have to call Sky to threaten to leave (went through with it a few years ago) and usually they'll do you a deal. I'm currently on 50% off for 12 months.
  4. I hate to be a bit negative about all this but I don't think Guy Martin will be suitable either. I appreciate that he's very good at certain things, and I enjoy a lot of shows that he's in but not on a scripted show. Get him talking about something he's interested in and he's engaging but he needs to be allowed to just talk. In my opinion they need to just finish it altogether. Maybe start a new car/motors based show with these presenters but let the TopGear element go. It's going to require a full format change so why keep the title as well, just start afresh.
  5. Yes... Kinda..... The techtonics has borla silencers but they straight through pipes with perforations in the pipe within the silencer, surrounded by wadding to reduce noise without reducing flow.
  6. The lambdas are in the correct banks aren't they? Have you got one adapting positive, the other negative.
  7. Nope. Topgear is done they should let it go gracefully. Evans is going to be rubbish. IMO.
  8. What are your remaining faults on VCDS? Any lambda faults? Air filter clean etc? May also be worth doing a throttle position reset/calibration?
  9. Unfortunately I don't have an external video of the old 12v with the techtonics fitted, only internal videos. Does sound different to the 12v that's for sure.
  10. As above, awesome work mate!
  11. Haha! It's minimalist..... James, feel free to slap up a video then mate so we can have a listen.
  12. Welcome. The first bill will remove that grin! :thumbleft:
  13. Cheers mate, I think a few people have been surprised by it given that most think the 24v kills the sound. The exhaust helps a lot as it's 2.5' straight through. I may fit a decat if I get chance to see what that adds to the mix. The CH's are looking good. Going to refurb the rota's and then it'll be keeping the CH's purely for best.
  14. everything crossed mate, sure it'll be fine
  15. Cheers mate, I thought it sounded OK. Definitely get a go on a gopro. A bit time consuming to edit (I've got loads of footage I've not actually got around to sorting) but fun none the less.
  16. Had a bit of spare time this afternoon and someone asked me about exhaust sound the other day.... So had a little play with the gopro..... [video=youtube_share;7tbxXlfS24M] Filmed on an old farm road near me so couldn't go too quick. Best on headphones or decent speakers.
  17. Sorry, missed your other post and been out all day. I'm still free tomorrow afternoon but may now be slightly hungover.....
  18. Be very interested in these in 16's.... I've got the last picture as one of my wallpapers on the work PC
