Well my Corrado has sat in my parents garage since the end of September and my Dad started it up this afternoon for the first time and it started on the button! MINCY THE SUPER-CORRADO!!!!! :lol:

How's that table update coming along mate? Looking forward to next weeks race guys, how are people getting on with Laguna Seca? I'm now averaging times in the low 1:36's with a current best of 1:35.7 No idea if that's good but I've been consistantly a few seconds off the pace on the corado races but winning (except for Alex's intervention!) in the Datsun races so I'm hoping it's all down to setup..... :shrug: :lol:

Both car's looking really good mate. Should pop over and meet up with you at some point as I'm only down the road! Impressed with the washing skills in this chilly weather as well... :wink:

right then, had a night of tuning my car ready for tuesday funday and I think I've got it sorted now. What kind of times are people getting for the maple valley short circuit? I'm now getting high 42sec/low 43sec laps consistantly with a best of 42.2sec...... is that any good?

nearest I'm getting to driving a corrado at the moment is playing Forza3 on the xbox....... very jealous of you guys and your working cars! :(

Was going to suggest work might be able to help you out, once it's MOT'd you'll be using it I trust.... :nono: Really keen to get mine moved in the next few weeks now. Sorry about tonight guys, bit of a mess up on my part really :( 1st I got home so late I couldn't find my headset, 2nd Forgot I'd been messing with my car showing the different tuning stuff to a friend that I had to quickly strip it down to 500PI with disasterous results! :lol: Oh well, got a lot of time this weekend to get some practice and tuning done for next weeks race. Gutted I've missed 2 weeks now

Alright lads, sorry I missed the race last week but been away in France for a week snowboarding. Should be good for the race tomorrow night but must get some practice in as no xbox for the last 8 days......almost forgotten how it all works! :lol:

Are the VR6 ones the same as the G60 ones mate? If so I've got one a VR6 one in the shed?

They're hard to come by these days Phil! :lol: Don't know what's going on with VW and those coils, I'll ask the parts guys at work to have a look into it for you and see if we can get a rough date on delivery. As for my car, it's not as tidy up close but it's not the worst. Will be even better when I'm done with it next year..... might even try to get to a few more shows in it!

Green standard VR6, in for some work at Cookes of Fakenham today (rear axle bushes I think?) Anyone on here? Very nice standard car, I work at Cookes so had a very quick look under it whilst it was up on the ramps. Very nice!

Trees are the worst things to hit, but you look like you had a very lucky escape. Can I ask what the road conditions/speed limit were when the accident happened? I'm guessing from the tone of your tale excessive speed was a contributing factor? Glad you're all ok though, seem like a top guy when I met you the other week at the RR day. Must admit in this whether I'm glad I'm in a brand new works car with about 7 airbags and more safety stars than bhp whilst the 'rado is tucked up at home, looking at your pics at least there is something good from advances in modern technology even if the cars themselves are becoming duller.

Forza3 - Good, COD - Good, Assasins Creed 2 - Good! :wink: A bit of car tweeking followed by some more Assassins Creed on the cards for tonight, then the wife is on earlys and will be home in the evenings for the rest of the week.......guess I'll actually have to do some real human interaction for the rest of the week...... :grin:

Anyone got any tips on car setup? I've been following you're times as a benchmark and tweaking my car but finding it difficult to get a car that can get near the times you guys are getting - I'm about 2-3 secs off the pace on the short tracks but about 20 secs off round the ring...... :?
