No one got any broken wing mirror glass then? how about poor condition/delaminated ones? Just after a cheap way of getting hold of the backing plastic

Weather geek on Its the lack of water under ground in aquifers that is the problem in areas affected by the drought, it needs normal winter rainfall just to balance the losses over summer and more than normal to regain deficit. It doesn't matter how much it rains now because it won't recharge the groundwater unless we get above average rainfall next winter. High evaporation and transpiration rates in spring and summer means that the net balance of water reaching aquifers is minimal. Three Winters in a row with considerably below average rainfall is too much to cope with. Weather geek off

I'm just after the black plastic from the back of the glass. Both left and right. I guess most people would throw these away but if anyone has one kicking around please give me a shout. Cheers Gus

Don't suppose you have a non broken leather handbrake handle and plastic trim that goes behind it?

I thought only recarros had these, if so then you'll be lucky to find second hand switches and new ones are about 50 quid each! If they've just stopped working then try taking them apart and cleaning the contacts. Use a bit of wet and dry sandpaper and make the little contact disks shiny again then spray the whole lot with contact cleaner. Did this with all mine and they've been fine ever since. ---------- Post added at 11:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:22 PM ---------- I thought only recarros had these, if so then you'll be lucky to find second hand switches and new ones are about 50 quid each! Paid for glove box strip and number plate light cover about a month ago (3rd Feb) but nothing received yet. You did say the light cover would take a while so just checking that my orders not dropped off the radar and wondering if you have a delivery estimate. Cheers Gus

Was thinking same thing as above. When you take it for a service I expect the last thing on your mind will be the amount of fuel you used to get there! It certainly stopped me thinking about it after my first service.

Agree with this^^, amazing film. Tyrannosaur 9/10, quite gritty and visceral but convincingly acted, Peter Mullen is brilliant in it. Nothing to do with dinosaurs by the way. If you like this sort of film NEDS (non educated delinquents) is also worth a watch, directed by peter Mullen I think.

Site looks good but I have same over lap problem on my Android phone (galaxy s2), old site was fine. I guess its a bit to much to expect it to be perfect on every version of phone browser so not a big issue from my point of view just thought I'd mention it. -
Hi Rodmax, Thought I'd read somewhere on here that they were different but no worries now, got one off Ebay. thanks anyway

Bump Still after one of these. 2 offers above couldn't find it. Anyone else got one their willing to part with?
-
could you not just drill into the stuck thread with a small drill bit, tap a small screw driver into it and unscrew the threaded bit? Just need a new aerial then
-
I'll take the last glove box cover strip if still available? Cheers
-
Cheers stueyb and Andy, How much posted if either of you find one?

Hi, In desperate need of a good condition switch to fuse box loom. If anyone has one knocking around and is happy to sell or any suggestions for suppliers please let me know, although I'm pretty sure loom stuff has been unavailable for years. Went to fit my new Chinese headlight switch and found my slightly heat damaged cable is now completely fried. Cant drive at night now until I sort it out. Cheers Gus
-
Have you got the headlight switch to fuse box loom? If so how much posted? Has to be good condition with no sign of cable damage from short circuit though Oh, and the under bumper plastic splash guards? The ones that join the wheel arch lining and the front splitter Cheers Gus
