My revs used to dip when my stage 1 fan was not working so was going straight to stage 2, was only brief but was worse at night when headlights were also a demand on the alternator. Changed rad temp sensor and it's fine now.

Amos motors in derby. Spoke to a guy called mark who was also a Corrado owner. They have a Corrado breaking add on Ebay. Powdercoater must be local to him because he dropped it of himself on his way to work next morning. 35 for subframe, 50 for powdercoat and 10 for delivery. I ended up calling back and asking for ARB so was 145 delivered for both. I've never had anything powder coated before so no idea if this is a good price or not but it seem like a good option for me considering i'm in a hurry

Ok no probs, got one sorted now

Managed to find one now, but thanks for the offer anyway. Found a breakers who offered to get it powder coated as well.

GusPW replied to 24V Renshaw's topic in Forum Group-Buys
I'll take a set please. Let me know payment details, how soon can you post out? (cars having some work done in garage at the moment and engine mount is part of it) Cheers Gus -
Superb, is it possible to get a photo of it? And are all the wish bone bolt holes/threads ok?, especially the front one. Cheers Gus

After work bump. I'm afraid I'm unable to offer any pork products but i'm happy to throw in the cost of a bacon butty if it helps.
-
Hi Do you have the front subframe? If so what condition is it in? Cheers Gus

Do you have the front subframe? If so what condition us it in and how much? EDIT: found one now so no longer need this -
Car it's at stealth racing with ceased wish bone bolt. If anyone has one for a vr6 please let me know. Powder coated one would be good but beggars can't be choosers! Cheers Gus

Don't do what I did with brand new cable and over tighten the little bolt. I sheered it off, luckily just at the point where it was set perfect but now need to find a replacement bolt and try to drill out old one! Can't stand to spend another 50 odd quid for the sake of a tiny bolt!

Ha ha, it's so unique he's selling 2. Or at least listed it twice at different absurd prices!

Perfect timing for me, was just thinking I need to order some for when my car goes to garage on 30th. sent pm.

I'll take the ball joints. Let me know payment details Cheers Gus

You can set it for any speed up to about 1 every 30 seconds (I think). With intermittent on, turn it off, wait as long as you want the gap to be and then turn on again. It'll keep wiping at that rate.

Have you got a Leather gear knob, leather handbrake handle and plastic trim? if so what condition and how much? -
Anyone got a part number for that? The guy at Reading VW got fed up with me bothering him for a little washer. All he could find was the contacts housing.
-
Think you can still get them from VW. Parts guy found it when I was trying to get him to find a gasket for the temp switch. Part no might be 1h0973203. about 7 quid. but check it with them as I scrawled it on a piece of paper that's covered in lots of other part no.s

VW in Reading tell me they don't sell it any more so i've ordered it from the Ebay seller mentioned earlier on. Seems ok price for 2x 5L when you don't have a tps account.

Replace mine on Friday and wondered the same thing. Found no gasket on the old one, no gasket on the diagram in Bentley manual and the new one has stayed water tight after a 400 mile round trip to Wales and back. I Just made sure both surfaces were clean and tightened to the right torque - 35NM
