Hi I was refitting my clocks yesterday and went to refit the vacuum pipe to the back of the cluster, gave it a gentle tug and it came right off ! I was left with a 8" length of rubber pipe with a 12" length piece of hard vacuum pipe pushed into it. Its pretty difficult to see in behind there so can anyone tell me where this pipe goes to ? Is it the inlet manifold ? I'll need to replace it asap as it seems to affect the running of my G60

I have one that came as part of a BBM 16vG60 integration kit I imported a few years ago. I have put 600 miles on it when I was running in my last engine so its in as new condition want 500 for it

Saw a nice white G60 in Exeter about a week ago, parked up near the college was a very nice example of a standard car

I'm having some issues with my headlights since getting the car back from having some work done. My sidelights work OK but no main and high beam, I've checked the fuses 1, 2 10 &11 which appear to be good. I do have an uprated headlight loom fitted with 2 fused relays, the fuses here are OK, the relays themselves are not housed in anything and have a little corrosion around a couple of the terminals, but a test light still shows power running thro them , any ideas ? MOT booked for Sat and the lights are the last (hopefully) problem.

I thought it might be useful to start a thread to help people get round the problem of obsolete parts, mods feel free to move this if its in the wrong section or if one exists already ! I have a 92 G60 and have recently had issues with various parts failing that are obsolete, so after a bit of surfing I've come across a few companies that others might find useful: 1. Power Steering Pump : http://www.power-steering.co.uk/ 2. Brake Master Cylinder: http://www.biggred.co.uk/ 3. Clutch Master Cylinder: http://www.pastparts.co.uk/ 4. Windscreen Wiper Linkage: http://www.wipex.co.uk/ 5. Coolant Outlet Coverplate (also 16vG60 integration brackets etc) : http://wp-spezialteile.de/shop/de/index

earth cable from bonnet to body, wiper linkage, heater matrix, clutch master and coolant outlet on the side of the block :( What a week !! so found someone who can supply the bushes on the wiper linkage and can make me a new arm if required as its obsolete now, found a company to re manufacture my clutch master as that's obsolete too. Found a guy in Germany that makes the coolant outlet cover plate again obsolete part. had to buy a new block as mine was too corroded from the coolant leak just need the obsolete O ring now !! Soon be back on the road !!
