I put mine away over the winter and did nothing special. If you will have access to it just make sure you take it out for a little drive now and again, even just a couple of hundred yards to get it up to temp. Dont leave it in gear and dont put the handbrake on but again try functioning these as much as possible. When you come to use it again just give it a service and off you go. Try to get a cover and try and get a load of those little silicon sacks to put inside to stop condensation.

I would say yes. With the 3.68 FD in mine it will still do 150+ and TBH how often do you do that.

One of the reasons I want to go back to standardish looking is Ive not had the fun of toying with people. I love sleeper cars so would suit me perfectly.

Not much of an update. C2 cat is getting welded in at the moment. Got a new LC1 probe and more importantly new Bosch lambda coming which will hopefully help with the rich running. 90miles to half a tank isnt fun. Also the last photo of it looking like this. Removing the laminx and plate tomorrow. Might put a chrome badge back on. Still toying with putting side rubbing strips back on and putting standard rear lights on to give it a bit of a sleeper look. Painted the spoke of the steering wheel matt black to blend in with the rest of the interior. Looks like I need to do some saving for the Racelogic and wheels. Selling the Triumph as Im not using it and dont feel the same after my mate was killed the other month.

Thanks for that, only difference to mine is the centre silencer section. Is that Jetex custom build bits as I didnt think there centre silencer would fit when I looked? Im getting the C2 cat welded in at the moment. If it is do the end connections slip over the 3in pipe or did you need adaptors?

Yep, nothing to majorly worry about there that cant be easily replaced.

No centre caps, I got some with mine but fitted them for 5sec before taking them off. The silver is quite a dull silver, will wait and see what you guys go for and pick the opposite :lol: Dont really want grey TBH and Im not sure on white yet.

Is it just me that wants Hammod to go. He's an annoying little man. Great F1 piece. Snowmobiles at the start would have wasted him. Ive ridden one in anger in Canada and it was one of the best days of my life, they accelerate faster than a R1!!!
