Only an issue if your showing the car. Mine are fine but not perfect and unless your within a couple of inches you would never see anything. -
Compomotive MO 8x17 Classic 5-Spoke Ltd Edition

You know my feelings on this. Would be good to an actual photo if they have one produced yet. Might be worth offering it on VR6OC as well. -
TBH not keen on the matt finish of the spraying. You should try and use some of the laminx film that many others have used on here. It does look suprisingly cool without the bonnet.

Ive run both but not at the same time. The Cupra R is a very good all round car, loads of space and 5drs really help on the practicality side. If you need that then the Leon is the better car IMO. Remapped they are much faster than a VR and the brakes are really good. Both will need some servicing costs but TBH there shouldnt be any difference in running costs between the two. As said above though you'll get more enjoyment out of owning a VR Id say.

Looks in really good nick. The wheels are from early Mk3 Golf VR's.

Just out of interest what sort of miles to a tank do you guys get? With the old turbo set up I was managing about 280-300, its now about 230miles but its running rich at the moment.

STEALTH RACING - Racelogic Traction Control Group Buy

How long does it take to fit and set up? -
Brakes....
-
Can all test the Traction control as well before buying.
-
Plus you will not get them over the brakes most likely and as above it will look stupid.
-
My intention is for a remap at some point so Stealth would maybe be best? My brother lives down south so i could try and get a trip out of it.

How much of an oxymorron is Diet IrnBru!!!!!!!!

All this talk, Im wondering what mine is putting out. Seem to be around 17psi full boost but its "only" a 2.8 so Im guessing around a 380hp. Would be nice to get a figure on it.

Yeah I was reading up last night and twigged that the LC1 shouldnt influence it. Ive bought one anyway as Ive learned this is more like a race car than a road car in that you need to have at one spare of everything ready to replace. Ive performed a proper calibration and brought the car to work today and the readings are steady and more like what they were before. I did take the probes out and clean them up, cleaned the plugs to so hopefully that it. Its running sweet this morning  , forgotten how fast this thing is :cuckoo: . I also rasied the front about 10mm and the back level and adjusted the damping. Much better to drive now on our roads.

Fook that is high. Yet to see over 100 in mine with cooler on. -
Not put anything in yet. TBH it more to appease the folk around the garage if anything else as apparently they have complained to the guy that own the garage. Wouldnt want to loose it. Yeah Ive found this on ebay to replace it with: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

Yeah thats what I was thinking. Idle does get a little rough at points. Will get it Vagcom'd and get some replacement probes as Ive cleaned them up and its only slightly better. Scared my mate shit-less on Sat, 110mph in 4th and still getting wheelspin (ok it was a bit wet) This confirms it.
-
Yeah, LC1 probe in the downpipe and standard lambda in the front section of the exhaust.
-
Boost controller was goosed. Connected the wastegate line direct to piping and it now boosting fine. Think my lambda probes gone though as its running quite rich, yet to Vagcom it though. Took a wee vid to see whats coming out the exhaust. Nice noise but still going to get it quietened down a bit. Have a C2 CAT to get welded in as well.
