thats due to the petrol station cannopy and the reaquiring of the GPS signal

My dad has just got a tom tom Go 910, what a pile of rubbish, takes you down silly roads and when you set it to motorways takes you to the nearest junction even if its north when you are heading south!! so basically you then double back on yourself! waste of fuel

My dad works for everyman, doing the photos for the days, he normally works thursdays too, but was off today.!

Worth it just for the sound imho

I never had a problem with my clifford until the heater matrix popped filling the car with steam, However I haven't heard many people moaning about Toad alarms.

From what i understand you can get knock from the ignition being not advanced enough. normally this is due to timing issues, however it can become apparent with high octane fuels (higher than mapped for) My TDI runs a lot better on the ultimate diesel, you do get a few more MPG, however you pay for it at the pump. Engine is more responsive, but no increased value for money imho. BTW Supermarket Diesel contain 5% bio diesel! hence the "low sulpher" its awefull stuff. not that you guys buy much diesel :lol:

It was a great day, I went on the sunday thanks to ZippyVR6, Got some great Video footage including a An antono coming into land at East mids, that was huge! I suspect it was arriving to pic up some of the cars and take them to base or the next round.

Just making sure you knew as people do try and pass there corrados of as having a special Karmann interior, as a rule of thumb, the only ones that had special interiors where the "Jet" models. Recaro Seat were an optional extra on some if not all models. However some had them as standard. As for the fix ££ wise, its hard to say without finding the exact problem

when i re-did mine i pull the tints off, used a razor as already mentioned and used nail varnish remover to remove the clue, then cleaned the windows with classex

How hot was the engine, if it wasnt that hot, its probably water vapour

surely you shouldn't have a drop at point of charge, otherwise is a duff alternator. even with a heavy load you should see the same voltage.

pull all the fuses and start putting them back in one by one till you find the drop

thing is though, would you know one type of nail varnish from another.... whats nail varnish anyway!!

find the alarm box and check the ariel hasnt come out.
