i've just fitted the clifford proximaty sensor 4 to my C, it takes a bit of setting up, but once done correctly you cant set it off by just walking past it. you need to get close to the glass or lean into the car when the windows are open to set it off, intellivoice Rocks!! GRINGOG60, Cliffords alarms never seem to get instailed by decent caring installers from what i've read. I think other alarm companies insist on higher standards of install.

if the storm badges were stuck on buy the dealers is it not possible that some dealers could of made up storms in other colours, just to get a sale. I think you find those single lifters wont lift the later bonnet as it heavier. Seem to remember something about it, also seem to remember something about a pair of polo boot ones doing the job a treat. Might also want to look into the new R32 bonnet liffer as i think they are nice chrome ones, or alu!!

it could be a wire for the center consol gauges, or something like that.

an interesting point for you guys in the UK Does the V5 document state the power output of the car If so you should be able to Change this figure by contacting the DVLA thus then having a car document stating the power output and you can the mod it, change it mod it, change it, so the power output on the V5 matches the car thus never being more that 10 BHP more. basically here in spain you can add as much as 10% to the car without it getting re type approved.

as Tom says its LRP or sometime called lead replacement petrol or LRP 4* 4* hasn't been pumped in europe since jan 1st 2001 or 2002 cant remember which.

depends how they save the presets at the end of the day, nothing to do with wiring but i do now a sony unit i fitted to my dads passat had a dip switch on the bottem as mention up thread for the same reason. its possible that this dip switch has been replaced but a logic function in the electronics.

explain how some radios can hold there radio channels and presets even when disconnected all together then. they still need the code putting back in but they can hold the presets. bit of an arse that mine doesn't. like i said SOME have these features, so basically by setting the power setup correctly you can get the radio to hold its presets. i've only seen it once or twice and it supprised me when i saw it.

basically it sets the stereo to hold it memory or not, not that hard to understand is it. i've installed loads of stereos and i've seen a few with these features.

Andi Basically when you go into the setting menu some radios have a power setup fuction that set up everything from main power to the length of time the radio stay on after you remove the keys. (i.e so the car bettery dont go flat if left on)

is there a setting on in the stereos setup menu to allow you to change the memory settings. some stereos do have such settings

okay here are the part numbers required 16V AH profile Key 191 837 202 A G60 AH Profile Key 191 837 202 B The AH profile key should be the main key that fits all the doors, the HV profile is available in the 16V version but i think for the Corrado that is the valet Key that one dose the drivers door and ignition.

Andy T, The Second G60 sound a lot better on paper but to get a G60 upto 220 BHP you need a lot more that a stage 4 charger. Corrado very rarly see a NEW charger, they are normally reconditioned. If they are both 92 then they should be high spec, check the sunroof if it has one and all the other stuff that normally brakes. get the car going and check that spoiler works (after all its gonna be your favourite toy). Most important of all check for accident damage, a corrado is never the same again after a chassie twisting accident. Cams Gas flowed head decent chip intercooler/charger cooler upgrade Custom made sports exhaust (cos 220bhp is a lot more that 160BHP) 3bar fpr and more so just think about his claim 220BHP

probably an lancia Delta intergrali (or however you spell it) there have been a few for sale round here over the last year, i know a guy that has one, so i'd probably of brought one.

my missus. and both parents drive pugs, the build quality is really bad, so many rattles and plastic squecks. the only good 306 was the gti6 and that was a let down
