Why are you horrified? If you use NCB on 2 cars, and BOTH cars get into a your fault accident, then everything is screwed up!

my golf seat won't lock in properly when I slide it fully back (after the missus has been driving!) so i'm thinking about maybe doing this and definitely greasing the rails and cleaning them up.
-
owww smackdown! At least you did it before me. Liam, everyone knows about the lights :D the search is your friend.

Sounds like someone has wired them into the ignition live. Yeah you will have some gremlins probably, it wouldn't be a Corrado without them!

Exterior Door Handle - Whole thing comes out of the door!
boost monkey replied to V33DUB's topic in Exterior
there should be a screw in the door shut which holds the handle into the door skin. -
compressed air might work, but i think the line is quite hard so it may shift a blockage but probably wouldn't straighten a kinked line. Can you get under the car and have a look? If the line has come loose from it's clips, it may have caught on something whilst driving which has squashed it slightly. I've seen that happen.

From what I have learnt on my degree, the flywheel helps for the engine balancing. It dampens out the vibrational harmonics from the crankshaft to stop them getting destructively large. Basically, depending on how many cylinders an engine has, whether it is 2 or 4 stroke and also the firing order, it is possible to calculate the primary and secondary forces through the crank and also whether there is a primary and secondary moment in the engine (although this takes into consideration the mass of the reciprocating parts [conrod and piston], the stroke and the conrod length when performing the calculations). Even though I've graduated, I still have access to all the information until July. If anyone's interested i've uploaded part of the Engine Balancing chapter of my notes here: Engine Balancing Part 2 (PDF)

i'm pretty sure the SP one was based on the Plum. I mean how many other high power burgundy pearls can be lurking in the world    -
Part listing says Twin Pack for axle repair :D ---------- Post added at 11:01 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:58 PM ---------- It's a fair point. I replaced everything on my front end, but then I've got VR6 gas shock suspension all around, so can't really help with the coilovers stuff. I think your matey is just trying to say that to get the best from the coilovers, then you should replace everything else so that you have no corroded / weaker parts if that makes sense. Heck, most of my parts are pattern except for the dealer only bits and I think it only owes me maybe £400? That's a guesstimation though.

guys gys guys. you obviously didn't read my thread. My valver did EXACTLY this. Turned out to be the ignition coil. Swap it now, thank me later. My thread link for info: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?37418-Project-Plum-UNI-IS-FINISHED!!!11!!!-End-of-an-era&p=517560&highlight=ignition+coil#post517560 ---------- Post added at 10:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:47 PM ---------- the wot switch wouldn't stop it revving, you could still rev to the redline on part throttle :D -
When your car costs £400, then yeah £100 a month is insane :D
-
Damn, now THAT's inflation!!!!
-
blockage or kink in that line between pump and rail?
-
to test the fan, wire it directly to the battery :D to test the switch, heat it in some hot water and use a multimeter to see what values you get across the pins and at what temperatures.
-
£100pm is insane. Even in oxford it's like £30 a month.
-
Good plan. That way even if your house blows away, the cake is safe in the belly!
-
I like it! :D also the reinforced holes mean you can bolt it to the ground if need be! p.s. how do you stop your dundee cake blowing away?
-
wow!! impressive :D my halfords cover ripped also. In fact I was reseating my cover after the wind blew it but it was slightly damp and the sufrace tension with the body panel and the damp cover was enough to make it tear when I moved it! Crazy! A tarp should be fine, just make sure it isn't a loose weave one else the weather units will still get through.
-
I'm sure you could do that. I would also recommend investing in something called string. It's quite useful at keeping stuff attached to other stuff.

never happened on old forum

can't you get a lock up or rent a garage or something? I mean it doesn't even need to be that close to you if you don't need to use it that often.

You can 'compress' the image inside word itself which is a lot easier and quicker than manipulating in an image program, resaving and then reimporting. -
yeah all corrados have this spoiler :) but surely it will look ass on the bimmer as it's not designed for that?
