Saabs are the same way. We had an '85 900SPG that had well over 300k on it, and it was still running fine... Unfortunatley, we totalled it in an accident last January.

About three months ago, the spoiler on my G60 stopped working. I raised it using the manual crank and found that it would still go down on its own, and using the switch, but it won't go up if I press the switch or on its own. I've tried several different motors, and I'm getting the right amount of power to it when I press the switch (12v, not sure what you use overseas), but it still won't work. I've tried two different motors, and I've tried lubricating both of them...

Back when I lived in California, there were kids standing on the side of the road pointing airsoft (bb) guns at cars that drove by. That caused quite a ruckus, but nobody was ever injured. Some parents need to keep better control over their kids, seriously.

The big thing you should know about any G60 is to service the stock supercharger every 60k miles, or else it will run a higher risk of it exploding on you (hence the name "Grenade"). I'm going to warn you though, just because it looks nice doesn't mean it is. Mine is a '90 and it had 89k on it when I bought it, but I can honestly not tell you anything that wasn't messed up on the car when I bought it. Parts and availability are pretty good in the states (http://www.neuspeed.com, and it's pretty easy to find someone whos got one for parts in their garage). The lumpy idle on my G60 was related to the ISV and the idle switch both being bad. Once I replaced those it was fine. I also get a vibration, but it's more of a noise around 4000rpm. Pretty sure it's just my exhaust, though :lol:

Is there a guide somewhere to changing your suspension? I've got a bad tower that I'm hoping to try and replace this weekend.

I've seen a few with various recaros in them, and I'm also going to throw out there that they don't look right at all.
