OK, It wasnt me, and it wasnt Jay either! I dont know who bought it, hopefully someone on here. If I wasnt so bloody busy on tuesday I would probably be picking it up this weekend, bit gutted really but thems the breaks.

You could actually make that quite cool looking mate, and colour coded LMs would defo make a huge improvement over standard. Keep us updated. You on MKIVs.net?
-
Well, I know if it was me or Jay
-
No it's usually the female equivalent that gets me going, lol. I also have just bought a mk4 4motion at Xmas. Very nice except it's an ex smokers car and so it smells and there is a 2 inch burn mark through the leather recaros to the sponge. Ar$ehole. Mine was smoked in too, its finally disappearing now, although in fairness I havent done that much to get rid of it all apart from a little steam clean. Anyway, wheres the pics mate? I want to see the Beigeness!!!

Unfortunately not mate, Blackpool. However, I may be able to arrange transport of it to Bristol as we tend to frequent MOD Abbeywood fairly often.

No nothing yet, got some springs in the garage though  RX II's would be an excellent choice mate, in fact I was thinking about those myself 8) -
Ideally a rebore on the block, and then stick in some oversize pistons and have a 3.0/3.1 VR. You can get pistons and rods from the states for around £500 all in

Thats a shame, but glad he's doing it that way, thats too nice a car to start modding. -
Ive got a 4mo too mate, very understated imho. I also had the same engine in the Rado but with some small mods - Magnex, K&N, Custom-Code remap = 234 BHP & 216 lb/ft. Those mods made the engine awesome! I plan on doing it to the 4mo when I have some money, which after xmas may be a while  I stuck some Santa Monica's on too, as I think theyre one of the best wheels for a MKIV. Have a look at Jay Renshaws for some good handling mods. If you want some good suspension for cheap then you can fit S3 suspension to it. Slightly uprated/lower but not too much as the 4mo doesnt handle too badly anyway, and the ride height is decent as standard.

Still love my old 24v. Looks standard (well until its new boots) but it dont go like it  Also absolutely love Toffeerado too!!!

I have a block, crank, pistons, conrods sat in my garage, theyre yours if you want them mate, free. They will need some work doing, but if you only want some practice then you couldnt get a better deal

Which bushes mate? The rear axle bushes are new, but the front wishbones Im not sure about. You could do them yourself anyway to be honest, stick in some poly's. Still think 16's would be better too, but I do like the 17's  -

JIMMI'S CORRADO WITH 06 GOLF GTI TFSI RUNNING GEAR
Stan 24v replied to JIMMI's topic in Members Gallery
In fairness guys, I'm not one for slagging people off, or accusing them of any wrong doing, however I sent him money in April for a fuel pump which never arrived. I spoke to him via PM a few times, and allegedly the pump was in Preston, but I never got it so therefore I never got my part, or my money back. I also sent him numerous more PM's to which I received no replies. If he got back in touch and said it was a genuine mistake then I'd happily give him the benefit of doubt, however until that day I am still without the money, or part. If anyone of you sees him soon I'd appreciate it if you could ask him for me, cheers. -
Never changed one on a C but have done on a 200sx, and the worst thing was the access, and would assume it'd be pretty much the same on any car to be honest. Only way to find out is have a go mate, you cant drive it anyway.
