  1. Out of interest, do you know how much it weighs? Thanks Mark
  2. That sucks man! Looks a lovely goof too....
  3. If you sell it on somewhere like E38 or Club GTI you may even get around £150...!
  4. Looks excellent Dave, well done!
  5. Surely, the garage are larking about and have 'dressed' it up to look like that?! Looks like it's spent the 60k going backwards and forwards on the Paris-Dakar!
  6. I'll take the other flywheel Karl. PM me payment details. Mark
  7. I'll take it Neil. Paypal ok? You can add it to the other parts on order... M.
  8. I had a similar thing on my contents insurance with the AA and as others have said you can cancel it. I still got charged £30 though as an 'admin charge'. Swines!
  9. The April 1st leg pulls are suppose to end at midday Redfox...... )
  10. I'll take a kit without the steering column (£80) thanks Neil. Mark
  11. ...And both Awesome GTI and Strictly Dubs are 42DD (lol!) importers now if you don't fancy buying from the States yourself. Mark
  12. Seeing as you describe your car as an SLC, are you one of our American cousins per chance? If so, it's probably worth pointing out that this is a predominantly UK based forum so be aware that people will tend to be selling parts for RHD Corrados.... Just thought it was worth clarifying for you. Mark

I'll take the seat side panels; need them posting though... Can you let me know what the P&P comes to? Mark
  15. Have you tried contacting Gruven directly to see if they advise a thicker/different seal?
  16. Yeah mine looked exactly the same as yours. You need to follow Hasan's advice; he helped me when mine went. Read off the rating on the Fiat resistor and pop into maplins for the equivalent (obviously go for a slightly lower rating to err on the side of safety). Then you'll need some 5A connectors from B&Q and solder them to your resistor assembly and then fit the thermal fuse from maplins and tighten the screws. Job done. Have a look through Hasan's build thread (Fla), it's all there and a great guide. This got my fan working on all 4 speeds, AC still didn't work tho, lol! Mark
  17. Bazza, don't put silly ideas like that in his head. If Kev feels the way to go is to buy a welder and learn to weld stainless steel I really don't think we should put him off the idea. ....Could be very useful for those of us who don't live so far away from him, lol!
  18. Never did get a response on the headlight loom....?
  19. Obviously I realise the PCD is the same as a MK4, but are the caliper mounting points the same as on a Corrado - or would you need custom carriers? Mark
  20. Just to say, when mine blew I bought a thermal resistor from maplins and soldered it on (carefully!!). That ebay link doesn't look anything like the original resistor.... Mark
  21. Any luck with the seat part Vicki? Also I think I'm owed some parts bought through ebay.... Thanks Mark
  22. I prefer VR6's explanation, lol!
