im not sure all the above is strictly true i run a £350 set of boston acoustics in the doors (std size) and their component tweeters in the stock positions dynamat (or cheeper alternative roofing flashing just as good) behind the door speakers and the sound is very good punchy and crisp . im not saying larger speakers wont improve this of course they will but for a stock look inside you cant beat my set up

you can get holograms from applying too much wax and not buffing it away correctly if you cant get it machined (best way as herisites says) try a quick detailer or megs stage 1 cleaner and then use super resin polish to hide swirls and then wax but remember to apply any way thinly or you could find it hard to remove and get the holograms back again !!
-
i use the Miracle Dryer - Ultra Plush from cleanyourcar.co.uk the towel is massive and drys the car really well and being ultra plush does not add the swirls better tham any chamois just whilest wet spray a small amount of quick detailer on the wet surface your drying and away you go megs towels tend to go hard after a few washes so mine gets used for alloys i wanted to get the sonus de wunder towels but did not have any so i tried the miracle dryer and stuck with it

i would imagine that you would need to wet sand it back past the infected area and then fill it then prime and try and blow it in the clear coat then i would wet sand using 4000 abralon pads and then compund and then polish thats what i would do anyway buy that time you may as well have done the whole wing :D
